A true 5-star review. These guys not only know how to take care of vehicles but they also know how to take care of people. I really can't say enough I've been around town here and there for small stuff and big stuff but I'm not taking any of my vehicles anywhere else but here from now on.

This place is amazing! I knew they would be my first call for my leaky tire after my roommate and her mom had a great experience with them about a year ago, and Mama S doesn't give out compliments freely. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes and didn't charge me anything! They also didn't make me feel stupid at all during my entire experience, and they really could've taken the chance to after I called my air compressor an "air thing" on the phone. Porter's Neck Tire and Auto is the most reliable, trustworthy auto repair shop I have ever been to and we are lucky to have such fantastic people serving this neighborhood. I highly encourage you to make this place your number one stop if you are in need of car help.

Huge thank you to Porters Neck Tire and Auto! As if one more thing needed to go wrong this morning, my engine light came on along with the annoying beeping as if a bomb was about to go off while I was taking my daughter to school. I popped in and asked if they could help me out quickly - not only was the coolant “low”, the hose was completely disconnected. They fixed me up in a jiffy and put an ease to my morning. Will definitely recommend!

These guys are terrific. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. We always take our vehicles here because they fix them when promised, at a competitive price and never try to upsale. Truly old fashioned customer service.

I took my car in the day after Christmas for a small vibration that was coming through the steering wheel. I assumed it was an imbalanced tire. The tech removed both front wheels and spun them on the machine. He said both balanced out and didn't need any weights added or removed. Whatever he did, the vibration is gone and they didn't even charge me. I will definitely return to Porter's Neck Tire & Auto when I'm due for tires or a repair. Thanks, guys.

I can't say enough good things about this business! I've been taking my 2008 Subaru Forester here for several years...they were the only ones who fixed my AC problem after I had it to 2 other repair places...have always been honest and very reasonable!
