I was very unhappy with the service Pods provided. They advise me that the Pod would hold a 4 bedroom house and that was a lye.

Finding a Gmail address for this local company is impossible. So I will leave this here. Septemeber 4th at 7:08 on Highway 133 and Carver, a school bus was stopped. 11 kids were boarding the bus. This driver drove right thru the bus stop sign and lights, the bus laid on the horn, and so did other cars. The driver couldn't be bothered. Luckily, no kids were in the road. This is unacceptable. It wasn't like a close thing like they approached at the same time. He was approaching a stoped bus loading kids. Professional drivers are supposed to be better. He must have been on his phone. If a small child was crossing the road or late running to catch the bus he would of killed that child. I bet these trucks can't stop fast.

Great customer service, transparency on pricing. Punctual delivery. Do your due diligence on outsourced labor. We had a fair experience on loading, and a great experience on unloading. Make sure you ask your delivery driver to tilt the container forward upon arrival to shift items allowing ease of opening door!

Very disappointing experience . The storage warehouse has roaches and rodents which invaded my container. The delivery driver was incompetent and she blocked the roadway for an hour, and then she shifted the container damaging our driveway and causing our bins to block the door opening. A total disaster .

PODS made a very complex move much more easy and simple. Not a thing was broken when I opened my boxes out of the 2 large containers. Service was excellent, drivers and call center reps were very professional and kind. I highly recommend! And watching PODzilla do its thing is crazy! Whoever invented this thing is brilliant.

One thing PODS should offer is a
REFERRAL FEE perk!
If I hadn't gotten info and feedback from a family member (actually 2 family members),
on their experiences with PODs ....
I never would have used it!
