Let’s start with Mandy… SUPERB customer service! I’ve been with pinnacle for years, but I stay because of the exceptional customer service, safeguards, and clean facilities. There’s not been many issues over the years, but the staff is always willing to quickly resolve any that arise. The ONLY concern I have with Robert High is the outrageous rate hikes every few months.

This is the first year I have needed storage for our business for one of our clients. I have to tell you everything about this facility is top notch. It is always clean and well kept. The staff, especially Mandy, are so incredibly helpful and communicative. I have never felt afraid or had anyone bother me. I have been through one weather event this year, and even though we have a first floor unit, we were dry as a bone!

I chose this place, not because of the price, but because of the climate controlled units for one, and more importantly, the reviews.
I kept seeing "Mandy" being mentioned in a positive light. I love places with great customer service, so of course I had to see what that was about. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed!
Mandy is just as amazing as all the reviews stated. I later met Ben, and he is very pleasant as well, with a soothing voice.
I believe those two are the only ones that work there, and they are worth it alone to use this place.
But let me give you a few more reasons:
- The property, from the office, to the bathrooms, and the storage units and hallways are very clean. Nothin feels creepy, like you wouldn't want to touch it. (For my OCD peeps)
- They have coffee, creamer, sugar, and candy!
- The gate works without a problem (leaving the storage, just make sure you stay to the right and your front tires cross the yellow line)
- It's very secure! (There are working cameras everywhere)
- They sell basically anything you would need to move ( I stopped here and didn't have to go anywhere else before I started packing)
- They rent U-Hauls here also, so this was a one stop shop for my move (If Mandy reserves a U-Haul for you, it will be here, no double booking or overlapping check-ins/outs)
- They take their time and make sure you get what you need (tours of the units if you're unsure of what size you need etc.)
Mandy is my girl! She was definitely very demure, very mindful during this whole process. ♥

Ben was a fantastic. Initially, I just needed a uhual which turned into needing a month rental. Ben was able to get me a unit near the the door with about 15 minutes notices before closing. 11/10 would rent again.
