“We are new to this pharmacy and so far, we love it! The staff are very sweet. It is such a different experience if you have been getting your prescriptions from a chain pharmacy. It is more personable. They always answer their phones and its typically not a long wait if you go through the drive through. They also call you and inform you when your prescriptions are ready for pick up. Coming from Walgreens, it so nice to have everything taken care of for you rather than having to constantly call, sit for 30 minutes on hold, and not have my questions answered. We ended up switching the whole family to this pharmacy after a great experience with our son. Highly recommend!”
“I visited this Harris to get something quick and what a surprise! Fantastic customer service from Jonh the employee with red shirt working near the self service registers we were getting inside the store he heard us saying we need a basket quick he brought it to us, I noticed the store is very clean the restroom neat , and store prices cheaper than our city Charlotte NC.”
“Laurel in the bakery is a real gem to this department. She never lets me down and does Fabolous work. Any kind of cake I can dream up she has not failed to deliver. Harris Teeter is lucky to have her as an employee and I drive 45 minutes to Wilmington just to get her to do my cakes. She has done Graduation cakes, Birthday cakes for kids and adults, Petit fours decorated, frosted monogrammed sugar cookies, cupcake cakes ..... I am always impressed.”

“I'm definitely a Harris Teeter fan. I love their fresh, ready-to-eat food selections when you walk in the store. We love their fresh sushi, Boar's Head products, chicken salad, fresh cocktail shrimp and crab legs. Excellent fried chicken and pizza by the slice. Murray Cheese shop. Every time I shop the deli, I notice employees checking dates and pulling products off the shelf so I know it will be fresh. They have great produce, fresh meats, huge wine selection, friendly and helpful staff. So many great offerings that I bring home something exciting each time.”
“Cape Fear Pharmacy has been compounding medications for my pet for the past 4 months and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provide and the ease of a prescription refill. They are conveniently located off of College Road with drive-through service if desired, and the pharmacy stays open M-F until 6 pm. Saturday hours are half day. Staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely recommend.”
“This is the BEST pharmacy not only in Wilmington, but the best one I’ve ever been too period. I have been going to Winter Park for over 10 years now and I’ve NEVER once had a bad experience there. I’ve been going here for so long that I know each member of the staff on a first name basis and they all know me there. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to everyone who works there, currently and in the past. Kathy, Jenn, Brandon, & everyone else up there has always been so helpful. Whenever there’s insurance issues or anything else to deal with, they’re always on the ball & help get it resolved as soon as possible. If you have to deal with a prior approval or any other issues at any one of the chain pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid) it could take over a week before it gets resolved where as Winter Park will have their part done and ready asap and they will keep you updated every step of the way. Again, to reiterate this truly is the best pharmacy ever and anytime someone asks me where they should go to get any prescriptions filled in Wilmington, I always tell the Winter Park. It’s also a family owned, Christian, business and no matter what you’re there for, you won’t ever feel judged there and they really do care about their customers. Thank you to everyone up there! Y’all are amazing!”
“Love the Harris Teeter Delis. Everyone I've been to is the same, which is excellent. They have the best fresh subs, made with fresh baked sub rolls, Boars Head, with a variety of deli cheese and garnishment. Great prices and you can order ahead online if you want. They also have an excellent soup and salad bar.”

“I go here mostly to get diet coke, I found it's cheaper than Wal Mart and you get 11 more cans for the same as a 24(case) pack from Wal Mart. I call that an AWESOME deal. Wish Sam's would bring back their Gold Peak Zero Sugar Tea.
Also love their stuff peppers. Omg! They're delicious, got some good looking beef country ribs, can't wait to bbq them.”

“The Ladies there spent the day taking my calls, and advocating for me with my new Prescription Insurance Company. I had spent the day yesterday with that company being transferred from one person to another (one call lasted 1 hr and 43 min) accomplishing nothing. Without these ladies my migraine preventive would be getting filled 5 days after I am prescribed to take it. Their assistance and knowledge has allowed me to maintain the consistency of my preventive medication.”

“First impressions are important, and the staff of Market Street Pharmacy absolutely provided the best experience I've had in a while. I've worked in customer service for many years, including time with a large pharmacy retailer. Personally, I've noticed a decrease in the level of customer service over the last few years, but the Market Street Pharmacy team proved they are an exception. The experience with them is warm and thoughtful from start to finish. Both my call and visit were fast, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate how the pharmacist gave me useful information for the future, and how kind the technician was. I even received a follow-up call a couple days after, thanking me for visiting and encouraging me to reach out to the pharmacist if I ever have any questions. “I love Walmart! Due to bone health issues I do their grocery delivery. It's such a convenience & the past 2 years of that service has been great! When I actually go to the store, there's always amigo carts available with a full charge! No complaints here about Walmart ?”
“Not busy after 8 PM. 12 total pumps. Car wash hasn't been open for sometime now. I wish the hoses were had extension arms like other locations. They CAN reach over your vehicle but it's tight/close. Stay away during mid to later afternoon, its packed.”

“I'm giving it five stars hands down based solely on the people and the service. I would say I wish they had online ordering or weekend service but it isn't a deal breaker that they don't. On the occasion I get a paper script, I fill it at a nearby pharmacy, though I suppose you could in theory go to their physical location or something.”
