“I went to this store while visiting family in NC. I was greeted with a warm hello. The store is clean and has many options for pets and people. I had bought a shirt, and realized after I washed it, it had an issue. I called the store, they said they would exchange it. I live in NJ and I mailed it out. I was sent a replacement within the week. When I called, a woman Isabelle was very professional and helpful. There was no problem with me sending and doing the exchange. I recommend this store. It is a fun store too. My next trip to NC, I will be sure to stop in and support the business. Never seen such friendly people who love their job. Like I said I am in NJ, you do not see friendly people at all really.”
“Abby is awesome at cutting my dogs hair. I have been with her for years, and she always does an amazing job. My dog Tito is not a huge fan of haircuts usually, but Abby has been working with him and trying to get him to do better, and it is definitely working! The rest of the staff is also very friendly!”

“Michael helped me with my heavy items today, I have a hard time lifting things at self checkout and the new weight system is very inconvenient for people with spinal injuries! “This has been the best place for my Cavapoo. She loves her groomer, Andy. Her stay here is usually about 90 minutes. They do a great job every time. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. The store is very clean.”
“My family wanted to get a 2nd dog and visited the New Hanover Humane Society. The shelter had many dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes available for adoption. Rebecca, a staff member, was extremely helpful in picking the right dog to get along with our cranky older female dog. Rebecca introduced us to the most wonderful dog. He is big and fuzzy and so calm and gentle. He gets along beautifully with our other dog. We love him so much and couldn't imagine a better dog for our family. I highly recommend this shelter to others seeking to add a pet to their lives.”

“Big variety of everything for every animal. We recently received a guinea pig & found a nice habitat that has more of a furniture astheic i was wanting than a cage. I think she's pretty large for a guinea pig & was told at other stores they didn't make balls large enough for her but found a 36in in stock. Overall we'll go back. Pricing wasn't cheap but did have some sales if you have a normal animal lol”
