I do recommend this pet store but they were understaffed when my son and I were there yesterday. We waited and waited (almost an hour) for someone to come help get the budgie that we had picked out. Besides that, the store in neat and seems like it has great animals.

The manager was great. The other employee working with her was not. She raised her voice at my 2 year old because my daughter tapped on her leg and said hey. Ridiculous. Will not go back.

I brought a Leopard gecko back in April and I 10/10 recommend this place most pet store don’t take good care of their geckos and he was definitely taken really good care of!!! He looked healthy and was already semi tamed. They helped me get everything I needed for him and make sure he was accurately taken care of! They didn’t tell me to put him in sand like most and that’s so bad for them! Everyone was soooo nice and helpful I even got to look at him and hold him before purchasing him. And I got like a 15 day policy saying if he was sick or to die they would replace him?! He’s such a sweet little guy. The 1st two pictures are the day I got him and the last two are Peaches or Mr. P now ?

The store manager was rude and abrasive in addressing my family today. She was confrontational rather than being educational. Do not recommend.

The last few months the employees change weekly. I'm in each week, often twice a week and I've yet to see a familiar face twice. The cricket count, size, quality and quantity is ridiculous. Communication between the managers seems non existent. The assistant manager isn't interested in helping with an issue and when she halfway attempts, it's obvious she's not looking to help or correct the issue. I have a variety of pets and have shopped here out of convenience but I will be taking my business to Pet Sense and Aunt Kerry's.

The employees could ask if a customer needs help instead of walking by and not acknowledging them just to go and gossip with other coworkers. The store was and is in shambles. The cashier counter had so much junk on it that people had no place to put merchandise. The workers need to learn how to properly take care of the animals. And last but not least if the store is out of something don't say you think you are out and go in the back and switch another product into an empty container. I WAS a good customer but not anymore. I'll either shop online or go to another supply store.

Today I shopped at Pet Supermarket. I usually go there once a week. I've been recovering from surgery so money is tight right now. There is an AWESOME Employee there by the name of KC. She offered to help me price match my items to save my a lot of money. She went way above awesome customer service! Thank you KC! My babies are so happy!

This store is amazing and I love the selection of animals and supplies available. I went to the Wilmington location a week ago because I am planning on getting a fish tank and starting a small aquarium. I've never had fish before and I wasn't sure where to begin. I spoke to an employee by the name of Katie (dark, short hair and glasses) and she walked me through everything that I needed.
