I have been going to Tony at his salon- Parlor 7 for several years now after getting his name from a friend. He keeps my hair looking great! Tony has many years of experience and it shows. His salon is always very clean and busy! Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Tony @ Parlor 7 in Wilmington since 2020 and he is the best hair colorist and stylist I have ever been to. I’m going to be moving To the RTP area for work (RTO) in August 2024 and I’m deviated by the thought of having to find a new stylist! @Tony.. you will truly be missed! Danna

After searching for years for a knowledgeable stylist, I found Tony. He truly understands the complexity of hair color and has certainly added a richness to my color along with a good cut. My family immediately noticed a difference in my hair after my first cut and color. I highly recommend Tony Hardeman.

I have been with Tony Hardeman as my stylist/colorist for many years. His expertise with my hair type - wavy and unruly especially during our humid Summers, is by far the best in the area. The combination of his "dry-cut" technique and knowledge of the right hair products has me leaving the salon with a style I love. The rich Schwarzkopf color gives my hair depth and shine - I am often asked where I get my hair done...and that says it all.

Parlor 7 is a great hair studio. Tony is incredibly knowledgable and skilled. He has been doing my hair for over two years and I have been very pleased. He is very customer focused and flexible with his schedule.

Tony at Parlor 7 is Amazing!! He can suggest best style to flatter any face….that’s EXPERIENCE and TALENT! My stylist of many years passed away unexpectedly……thankfully, Tony was able to fit me in. My bestie referred me and I haven’t looked back! I always walk out feeling pampered and beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Parlor 7 and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Tony is truly a master at his craft. The atmosphere inside was not only welcoming but also exuded a sense of professionalism. The staff, as friendly as they were, reflected Tony's commitment to creating a positive environment. Everything, from the decor to the cleanliness, was kept in pristine condition. It's evident that Tony cares deeply about his staff, clients, and anyone passing through. Looking forward to returning here in the future!

Elle is the BEST!! I can’t get over how fantastic my hair looks each & every time I have seen her. I recommend her to everyone. I even get approached out in public asking where I get my hair done! Elle truly is a professional in every sense of the word. Her skill level and technical abilities, especially with coloring blondes, is incredible. Over the years Elle has given me fabulous hair, with no exception, each and every time. She has kept an impeccable professional log for each of the color formulas she has done on me in the past with detailed notes. In addition to being extremely talented in what she does, she is also a sheer delight to work with. She has always been punctual and accommodating to my hectic schedule as well as being genuinely excited to see me each time I come in. Not to mention I trust her wholeheartedly with my hair and what she thinks will work best (as most blondes know, this is not easy to do). I have referred her to multiple friends and all of them, who have gone to her, have become repeat clients.
