I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai or Subaru go to Parkway and work with Max! While I initially felt a bit anxious around purchasing a new car, Max met me with patience and helped guide me through the car buying process. I felt very supported and did not feel pressured to purchase anything I felt unsure of. Thank you so much to Max and the entire Parkway team- After test driving 5 cars, I can say that I love my Crosstrek, its perfect for me!

Been coming here for a long time for miscellaneous things. Failed me on my recent state inspection due to brake lines wanted 1200 to replace all 4. Went to a local independent place to get a second opinion and took me in their garage to show me how They are perfectly fine and on the spot passed me for inspection . Owner was shocked to hear that i failed inspection over the brake lines. I feel bad, leaving one star but I don’t like being taken advantage of

The Subaru employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my car for maintenance, and they were very honest. Apparently, they forgot to replace the cabin filter, and they called me and texted me to bring back the car. I also would like to thank Mr. Layton Barefoot the showroom salesman who helped me pick out the perfect car for my needs. He helps made the process so smooth and took the time to show me all the features of my 2022 Subaru Forester. Limited. I love my Subaru. I like to send a huge thank you to all Wilmington Subaru employees.

I stopped in because I had an alert that my tires were under inflated. The young man who came to see what I needed and all of my tires were pretty under inflated. He kindly added air and was very helpful.

Many times people only provide feedback or complete surveys for bad service. But I would be remiss if I did not reach out to discuss the excellence customer service with Alice Hall. Clearly she was top notch if I remembered her name. Several months back I brought my vehicle there for service and the customer service rep was horrible! I vowed to my wife to NEVER come back. I went to super management to complain but even when I went to get my vehicle the unknown staff was rude. Alice Hall made it such a pleasant visit. She treated me with respect and like a valued customer. She was attentive and listened to what I was concerned about with the family vehicle. She was honest and upfront about the wait time and suggested I drop the vehicle off and they work it in. At that time they did not have a loner and vowed to call me soon as they had an available one. Now she did provide us a much nicer vehicle ( which now my wife wants to purchase and trade in the current). She checked in to see if there was anything else needed and explained in full detail what the issue was once the technician found the issues. As a public servant in the community customer service is not easy with the wrong customer. I am only one I am sure she comes across many who are frustrated. I was not fustrated, however I was hesitant about trusting their service department again. However, Alice has changed my thought process. The only thing I could complain about this time was the cost, which was expected. Please provide her with an award, raise or promotion( perhaps trainer, don’t let her leave lol) she is truly a value! Kudos to the hiring team that brought her to the team.

Had a great experience buying a new Ascent. Worked with Luke and Eric, both very nice and helpful. Still a long process, as always, but they went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible.

Parkway of Wilmington, with help from Garrett, made my first time car shopping incredibly easy. Garrett was wonderful with everything from showing me the car that interested me (and ended up leaving with) to answering all my questions and helping me feel confident in my decision. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Subaru has a policy that you don't need an appointment for an oil change. Twice I wasn't able to get that service. Not a good idea to have a service you don't honor. This will leave customers dissatisfied. Maybe require an appointment for an oil change.

I enjoyed the customer service I received with Craig Nelson and staff at Parkway Subaru. It was my first Subaru purchase and I absolutely love my new 2025=Outback! The sales pressure was minimal and my questions were answered promptly. I feel confident any future service will be just as thorough and pleasant.
