I was trying to find who could repair my car and I called beforehand to ask if they did walk ins estimate on repairs. The person I spoke to said yes they did. When i went to get an estimate on my car the man was on the phone. He welcomed me. I let him know I was there for an estimate. He said it would take about 15 mins they were busy at the moment. He mentioned they typically don’t do estimates on Monday but he can squeeze me in. (not sure why this wasn’t mentioned when I called) I said no problem I can wait. He asked if it was going to be through insurance? I let him know No it would be self pay. He smiled and said I wouldn’t like the amount he would quote me for. I let him know i just wanted to get a quote to repair some dents and scratches. He said well if it’s cosmetic work, today wouldn’t be a good time to come back tomorrow. I let him know I wouldn’t be able to cause I would have to work. He said they wouldn’t be able to do an estimate today because they are very busy. He thanked me for coming by. I was so disappointed with this shop. Not only did I waste my time, I wasted my gas driving over there when I called beforehand. Regardless if a repair goes through insurance OR self pay they would have still got paid for the work!! So wasn’t sure whats the issue. My “cosmetic” work as he called it would still cost around 1-3k. It sounds like they only want to get repairs through insurance only to milk insurance and overcharge. How hard would it have been to take pictures of my car and get a quote for the repair!? Something like this could have took less than 15mins tops. I’m sure if I was with a man figure I wouldn’t of got treated like that. No worries, there’s more body shops out here in Wilmington. Thanks for not taking my business, another shop did!

Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service at Parker’s. My truck was painted by the previous owner of Parker’s in 2018. A month ago the paint randomly started letting go of my front fender. Due to new ownership I found out the warranty was no longer honored. The new owner and his staff still decided to assist me despite the expired warranty. They worked with my scheduled and the fender was painted in less than two days. Parker’s has a great reputation for a reason and I wouldn’t suggest any other shop in town over them. Best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop!

BEWARE. We recently had a “repair” done at Parker’s Collision because I felt like they had a good reputation. I’m from Wilmington and they’ve been around as long as I can remember.
Back story, our car was hit in the Planet Fitness parking lot while we were inside the store. The other persons insurance accepted liability and we chose Parker’s as a State Farm preferred site.
We got our bumper fixed and 12 days later it started popping out. We had to tie it up with zip ties on the side of the road so it wouldn’t drag. We took it in and they claimed “we must have done something” and they put it back in place and said “be careful” so it doesn’t happen again.
It’s happened again TWICE and they refuse to accept responsibility that they didn’t fix it correctly because there are scratches on the bottom of the new bumper. Mind you, each time it popped off we were driving it, so
obviously there are going to be a few scrapes on the bottom.
But since we can’t “prove” that we didn’t have another incident in between the time we took it in and 12 days later when it started popping off, now we are responsible! There are NO signs of damage other than the bottom side of the bumper from the three times it popped off.
Now we are stuck driving a car with the bumper ratcheted on because of their poor workmanship! This is infuriating! I do not recommend Parker’s Collision unless you thoroughly inspect their work before you leave, take photos, and know what you are inspecting for!
ADDENDUM to respond to owner: That is inaccurate. If they were missing it’s because they were never there or you all put the wrong fit/size. You still have the opportunity to make this right. The insurance company “agreed” because they are in kahoots with you. Of course they aren’t going to want to pay. It’s an insurance company! You need to fix your work.

Parker’s is the absolute best!
I had so much fear about having bodywork done in general earlier this year during a minor fender bender. Then we decided on Parker’s and they alleviated that fear at every moment and the cost was so affordable and reasonable + they’re partnered with State Farm! My dad was a mechanic for 30 years and he trusted Parker’s as the real deal right away. Walt, Tram and the team were incredible! I’m so grateful for Parker’s for the beautiful bodywork they did, months later the bodywork still looks absolutely gorgeous and perfect, the tiny fender bender looked like it never happened which is so amazing! I reccomend Parker’s to everyone now!

I appreciated all the support I got during the process from Aaron Metcalf. My car was fixed beautifully including repairing the lane sensors. They even delivered my car to my residence! Great job!!!

Absolutely, the best repair shop in Wilmington. My 2018 Ram was involved in an accident and Walter and Tram kept me informed every step of the way during repairs. They handled everything with Insurance company and my Truck looks better then before the wreck. Thank you for everything !

I recently was a hit and run victim two in two days. I was without my car for two months. They openly communicated with me the process. At the end it was a little frustrating because my car wasn't fully fixed. It was making a sound that they were concerned about. I told them I wasn't going to pick up my car if it wasn't fixed. They told me if I didn't pick up my car by tomorrow they would charge me storage. They, then, told me to contact my adjuster. My adjuster came out and straightened it out. It would have been an excellent experience if it wasn't for that interaction. Everyone was nice, except for that.

On 5/31/23 Parker’s replaced the belt molding on both sides of my car. It had been baking in the sun for 3 years, during the pandemic. They took it in & completed the job in record time!As a retired insurance adjuster, I can readily say they are top notch!My car looks great & the price was reasonable ??

My car was hit in a parking lot and I was not at fault. That being said, I had a great experience with the staff from Parker's Collision Center. They were able to handle my insurance claims even when the insurance company tried to not completely cover the rental car. They kept me up to date during the repairs and when additional damager were discovered. With all the work involved they were able to still get me back into my car in a week.
