Recently ordered from them on Amazon, was sent the wrong item and told an investigation needs to take place and that it would take up to 14 business days for a resolution. This is happening despite the box having a picture of incorrect item on the side of the shipping box, with the correct Amazon order number on the address label. Completely unacceptable.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction as a customer regarding the return process for an item I received from my baby's registry. I received two of the same items, and while I am pleased with the product itself, I unfortunately had to return one of them.Following the instructions provided by Amazon, I took the item to the post office to return it using the provided label. However, I was shocked and disappointed to learn that the post office was charging an exorbitant fee of $175 for the return. The post office advised me to contact the merchant directly, as they often offer exceptional customer service and provide a return label.Upon reaching out to the merchant, Outdoor Equipped, I was informed that they would not send me a shipping label and that I would have to bear the cost of returning the item myself. While I understand that I am responsible for the return shipping fee, I am deeply unsatisfied with the lack of assistance and support I have received from this business.I want to emphasize that I truly love the product, but the poor customer service experience I have encountered has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope that Outdoor Equipped can address this issue promptly as i have already reached out to the via email and provide a satisfactory resolution.

I purchased a pair of thorogood boots from this company who is an authorized dealer and the boots were defective so I went through the return process and paid to have them shipped back in 2 to 3 days. The boots were delivered to the address I was provided on October 18th 2023 and it is now Oct. 25 and I am being told they do not have them yet because they use a 3rd party to retrieve their mail ? so I went and confirmed with the post office that said item was delivered on the 18th and now this company still has yet to refund my money and tells me well there is no guarantee they were delivered ? really because the post office is confirming they were. Customer satisfaction is not a priority at all for this company and as of the 27th of Oct. It will be 2 weeks since I sent the boots back and because they use a 3rd party for mail the customer suffers. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES and ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION customer beware when trying to return a defective item or any item for that matter !!!!!Very dissatisfied customer

This company does a great job delivering almost any outdoor product you need. And whenever they fall short of doing a great job, they always follow up and correct any issue. A lot of people leave 1 star reviews here even after their issue was resolved and that isnt a fair representation of this company. This is a 5 star company.

What a great customer experience in this place! The prices were fair, and the sales pretty amazing. The selection is on point, amazing brands.The best part was the staff: incredibly friendly and welcoming! Even tried speaking my mom's language so she could understand them.Definitely coming back when we need anything for our next adventure.

I called into the store because I had question about a product they sold me. A woman answered the phone. I told her I purchase something online and had a question About it. As soon as I told her that I purchased it online, she became very rude and would not even let me speak and hung up on me. If I couldn’t leave zero stars for a view, I would.

Killing time while in Wilmington for a conference. I shopped around and had possibly the best customer experience I’ve had in NC. Isaiah talked with me about the store, jobs, watches you name it. He’s cool as a fan and honestly the reason I spent $400. I only hope he gets commission. They also had name brand clothing 50% off which is wild to say the least.

I purchased some suspenders from this business on there web site and waited days to get a update on shipping finally after three days I reached out and the person I spoke to had no Answer just said wait for your update and eventually it did update saying the package shipped but don't recommend unless you like waiting and wondering
