I had the BEST experience there just yesterday! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A polite, respectful young man named Joseph assisted me by changing my battery at a great price. He helped me out more than he could possibly know. Definitely will go there again!

The staff at this O'Reilly are so much nicer than Advance Auto down the street. O'Reilly staff treat you nicely when you bring in your recycled oil and even offered to throw out my empty bottles for me. Advance never treats you that way! O'Reilly has earned my business.

Employee was helping me and the phone rang. I stood around for 15 minutes waiting for him to get off the phone. Finally another employee came over to help me.

Tyler went above and beyond with stellar customer service. Would highly recommend this location simply due to his vast knowledge and personable demeanor. O Reilly’s will always be my go to for the quality of service and products.

My one and only time in this store. One employee had his face in his phone the entire time I was in the store and as I walked around looking for what I needed never asked if I needed help. The employee who actually checked me out acted like he was doing me a favor. No thank you, come again, or anything. There are too many other auto parts stores around for me to step foot in this store again.

I called the store just before all auto parts stores would be closing for the night and spoke to a employee asked if they could help me change a headlight if I drove to there store location and that I was ten min away the employee told me yes they could as long as my car didn’t need the bumper off to do so I told them it did not because I watched my son change it before. I got there and the girl at the cash register dark hair girl said they can sell me the headlight but that they don’t know how to put it in. Since she even stated that she new I was coming but when I asked her if she was the one I spoke to on the phone she said no it was her co worker so I said could her co worker put it In then. She smirked and said we don’t know how. So now all auto stores are closed and I am a hour from home with a headlight but no way to put it in. Why would you work at a south parts store and not even know how to change a headlight but more seriously why would you lie on the phone and tell a women yes you could if you could not and have me race all the way here so that I could get it done. This place is terrible customer service and these two women should not be working for a store that they are ruining the credibility of by lying to customers and causing bad reviews for. I have a feeling they did know how since they told me on the phone they could and would but they just didn’t feel like it or something. There are many other stores to go to around here that have just the most wonderful and helpful employees. Avoid this store

Update: This location has had a full rework. The employees are more knowledgeable and friendly now. The commercial department is light years above where the last crew was. This store has transferred from a place I went to at last resorts, to the first one I check now. Great job Corporate! This is great to see and has improved the entire experience for our shop. Thank you!Old review: 1 star. This O’Reillys location is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Corporate needs to do a full overhaul on this store and the employees they hire. I run a shop and need to be able to rely on my parts vendors. The employees here have little to no knowledge about auto parts. Several times I’ve been told a part I ordered will be in tomorrow or a few days if it’s a special order item, just to have them not order it, toss around so many different excuses on why it’s not arrived or even ordered. I could go on and on about this. I give them a part number off their website, and they can’t even put the part numbers in their system correctly to find it, even when I’ve done the leg work for them. I call another store and it’s always quick, smooth and painless. These guys need trained or replaced.
