Thank goodness for Joe at O'Reilly's Auto Parts! I had a bad experience with Advance Auto on Oleander and called to see if O'Reilly's would mind installing a headlight bulb and Joe was SUPER kind and said he'd give it a shot. He was able to fix it and was so very nice. He gets 10 stars!!! Will be coming here from now on:)

Been going to O’Reillys for many many many years. Just recently while traveling with my RV I had a sensor go out. I was able to pull the sensor, clean it with some contact cleaner put it back on and continue my travels The first town I came to had an O’Reilly auto parts, so I pulled in and purchased a new sensor from them to have on board in case I had any more troubles the rest of my trip. I made it home without any further more trouble out of my sensor. Today I returned to the O’Reillys in my hometown, only to find out I had purchased a used sensor from O’Reillys during my travels. So I had to return it under the terms of warranty.
Thankfully, my sensor held up and didn’t leave me on the side of the road with a used sensor that had previously been returned to the O’Reillys, I originally purchased it from. So for this, I give them one star. I don’t travel on luck!

Flavio, manager at O'Reilly auto came to my rescue 3/25..telling me to bring my car over at 7:30 soon as store open..he was able to get cap off coolent tank and fill tank with coolent. My engine was over heating. Then on my way to take car to garage for repair. I stopped to purchase new cap for tank and needed rear windshield wiper.blade.Calib was very nice and helpful putting the new blade on...thank you Flavio and calib

I had the BEST experience there just yesterday! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A polite, respectful young man named Joseph assisted me by changing my battery at a great price. He helped me out more than he could possibly know. Definitely will go there again!

The staff at this O'Reilly are so much nicer than Advance Auto down the street. O'Reilly staff treat you nicely when you bring in your recycled oil and even offered to throw out my empty bottles for me. Advance never treats you that way! O'Reilly has earned my business.

Employee was helping me and the phone rang. I stood around for 15 minutes waiting for him to get off the phone. Finally another employee came over to help me.

Tyler went above and beyond with stellar customer service. Would highly recommend this location simply due to his vast knowledge and personable demeanor. O Reilly’s will always be my go to for the quality of service and products.

My one and only time in this store. One employee had his face in his phone the entire time I was in the store and as I walked around looking for what I needed never asked if I needed help. The employee who actually checked me out acted like he was doing me a favor. No thank you, come again, or anything. There are too many other auto parts stores around for me to step foot in this store again.
