Excellent storage facility, very convenient location on Oleander Drive. Lots of space in a climate controlled unit, we utilized a space after hurricane Florence. The staff is WONDERFUL, very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone!

This is a nice little storage unit. The units I've seen are fine. No issues with any items stored there. As well, they do have a complimentary dumpster you can use to dispose of things when cleaning out your unit. There are some businesses that use these units, so keep in mind there are workers for different companies preparing their vehicles sometimes. This has never caused me a problem. All staff and customers have all been pleasant. The grounds are kept clean and dumpster emptied regularly.

Very clean and well managed. Helpful staff. My only complaint is their billing system frequently rejected my credit card for no apparent reason, resulting in a phone call. Never did quite get it fixed. But that's a quibble.

My wife and I are moving to North Carolina from Colorado soon and needed to arrange for storage remotely. Julie was amazingly helpful and made the process easy via the telephone and eDocuments signed by email.

Great facility and location. The process was simple and fast. The facility is clean and very easy to get to. One of the best storage facilities in town. We have rented from other places, but this one is the most convenient and easy. Julie was great to work with.
