Dr. Reinhart and staff are professional, caring, knowledgeable animal lovers. I am thankful for the care she gave Ace. Best veterinary services, always found time in the schedule when we needed care, and knew to go to an emergency hospital, if needed after hours. We are most thankful for the routine in home care.

Perfect for my pups! With multiple pups in my home this just makes sense. Everyone is relaxed because they are in their home. Dr Natalie is awesome even with the most stressed rescue pup I may be working with. So glad I found her!

Dr. Reinhart is such a blessing to our furbabies!!! My pups have never been the easiest to examine but she is so good with them!Her assistant is great too! I’m so thankful we have her and Allie and Titus love her too!! Thank you for ALL you do for our family!!????

Had my cats for 9 and 11 years, they’ve been through their fair share of vets. But Dr. Reinhart exceeds all expectations. Both cats being rescues they still hold anxiety sometimes. Her temperament calms them down. We don’t have to sit in a waiting room with them in cages. She’s always on time or early and does what she needs to do to get them taken care of. She offers suggestions out of concern and does not push for extra unnecessary things to try to gauge up the price. She also seems to really care about their aging and make sure they are getting the nutrients and prevention they need. It means the world when your animals aren’t just numbers because they are our families

May 21, 2021 Dr Reinhold came to my house to euthanize my senior lab, Zeus. He had been struggling for a number of months and I had significant knee surgery on May 19. Family could not help Zeus, an 85 lb lab mix, up as his legs had given out. Dr. R and her assistant came in and started to proceed while the cremation service guy waited outside. Dr R explained the first injection would put him to sleep and the second injection would be the lethal one. Well, she gave him the second and he started struggling to breathe. She gave him another injection a couple minutes later while she tried to reassure me and my husband. It was awful. He started convulsing and then said she needed to get more medication to give him ANOTHER injection. She questioned his weight and I told her he was at our vet just 2 weeks earlier so weight was accurate (I would have taken him to my vet, but we could physically get him there and I couldn't help lift him). It was an agonizing 20 minutes or so before Zeus was gone. He fought to breathe and then convulsed while we watched in horror. I wrote a letter to Dr R afterwards telling her I hoped she reflected in what she did wrong so no other pet and their family would experience such a mess. Never heard from her. I have Zeus' ashes in my family room and apologize to him from time-to-time for such a violent ending. He didn't deserve this. I'm writing this review now because I still think about this tragic day with some regularity.

I am so grateful to Dr Fairbank for helping my unconditional best friend transition peacefully over the Rainbow Bridge. I could not have asked for a better person as she was an angel.Although I miss my Little Foot greatly, I know he is at peace and his pain is no moreThank you for all you have done Dr Fairbank. Dr Natalie and her assistant were so warm and sympathetic with my 17 yr old cat. Diagnosis was quick and decided to put her down. Dr met my other cat and dogs and played with them while I grieved my cats passing. They made a calm setting for my cat to pass and put me at peace.

Both of my dogs are highly anxious and have a difficult time at a vetinary clinic. When Dr. Reinhart comes for an appointment, both dogs are excited and loved on before she gives vaccines or exams. She understands their personalities, so she approaches the dogs in a way that calms them both. Dr. Rhinehart is top notch and costs for appointments very reasonable. *****

Our old dog needed to be euthanized. It was such a difficult and painful decision. Dr. Reinhart and her assistant came to our home and could not have been nicer. They were so kind and explained every aspect of the procedure. Dr. Reinhart helped my other dog understand what was going on and organized the smooth transfer of my boy to the cremation service. I am so grateful for her kindness and caring during those difficult moments.

I just want to thank No Place Like Home Mobile Pet Vet again & again & again for each & every time they have visited my rescue animals over the years. My animals are largely considered “broken-down throwaways” who can be fearful & difficult when approached by a stranger. Dr. Natalie-Anne Reinhart & Co are legitimate professionals at handling even the most challenging situations.Most importantly, for me, is that these fragile broken beings are treated with compassion, dignity & respect in their last moments. I cannot express how valuable at home euthanasia is & there really is no dollar amount applicable to having an animal pass peacefully at home in the best hands conceivable. Dr. Reinhart’s team operates flawlessly EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.You are all ROCKSTARS!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for ALL you do!
