New Elements Gallery features over 60 regionally and nationally recognized artists, with an emphasis on local artists. It has been a destination for contemporary art for residents of Wilmington and visitors alike for over 30 years. New Elements offers rotating exhibitions in conjunction with downtown’s Fourth Friday Gallery Night. Each month we feature a different selection of our artists’ work. Fourth Fridays include open house receptions at various venues, from 6pm to 9 pm. Maps with participating locations are available at each gallery and at the Visitors Center kiosk on the Riverwalk.
