Made my appointment in advance with Aaron Marchese at Hendricks of Wilmington and when I arrived was greeted right away by someone as Arron was at lunch and had everything ready for my appointment time and when Arron returned he went over my problem with check engine light coming on and kept me informed on what was going on
Would recommend Hendricks CDJRam of Wilmington for great service always Thanks Aaron for your care

I bought my Chrysler 300C at Hendrick when it was Neuwirth. The car has gone there for service ever since. Except for a few service errors that required my coming back, they've always taken good care of me. Had a recent experience that led me to question their commitment under their new ownership, but they called me back, straightened it out, and I'm satisfied.

Have taken my car here multiples times and the commutation gets worse every time. Drew was working on my car and have yet to actually hear for him. Went a whole day without communication and when I called they didnt answer. Finally the next day I called and they had zero clue what was wrong with my car. Had to call back again just for them to say call back in an hour. Then got a call that said nothing was wrong with my car. Poor communication skills. This was a two day ordeal that couldn’t been solved in one.

They give you the run around to get your car fix it’s been 6 months and my car still isn’t fix. And they have the nerve to have a nasty attitude when asking when are the parts gonna be in. They need to get it together

I was reached out to by Corey and being as I was in there a few weeks prior after being told they could help and couldnt. I assumed I was speaking with someone from Toyota as he never stated which Hendrick nor ever corrected me during our multiple conversation's.
Anyways in our multiple text and conversations, I clearly state Im looking to lease and trade in and give all details or pricing and current car and situation. I explain I do not want my credit pulled nor want to waist my time if they cant help so could he look into it as I have done before with Toyota. I get told yes come in we can help and get you something close to your current price. I go in and waist my one day off a week I get.
To be told payments were much higher and that they assumed my fiance was co signing and assumed he had excellent credit. Where this assumption was even a though I have zero idea and find it very unprofessional and just dumb when this was not even at all discussed. I also get told my credit was not fully ran. They just did a small soft check to see the score.
After I get home I see my credit was hit multiple times with different creditors and my score was decreased. They are horrible liars and super unprofessional, type of ppl that just want to feed you bs to try and get a sale.
Absolutely will never return or recommend to even my worse enemy. Hendrick you need to do something if these ppl are going to carry the Hendrick name

Excellent car buying experience! Adam Wells & Billy (sales)Brian(finance) and Aaron(service) were a dynamic team. This is my 3rd Jeep but first time at this dealership and I was treated amazingly. They made it a seamless process. Love this team!!!!
