Dr. Batts and everybody on his team are amazing. All our phone calls were returned same day and all our questions answered. Attention to detail on every level is great. Our dog had 2 major surgeries. Time was taken to explain every step. We knew exactly what to expect and what to do.

I took my great dane in for a neuter and stomach tac, and the entire experience was great (at least for me lol). The staff was friendly, Dr. Batts did a great job running me through the entire process and answering questions, and I loved that they called me before they operated and once they were done. The post op instructions were clear and concise, too. Compared to previous experiences at other clinics, this was top notch.

The stuff was so loving to Henry and they kept me updated all during the day , I highly recommend them ! And Henry will never be seen anywhere else - they love the pet and the parent ❤️

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for the past 4 years. I have been very happy with the care they have received there. I feel the prices are reasonable and each person working there has been very caring, competent, professional, and friendly. Even things like requesting refills on medications is very easy with their app, and they are promptly filled. I highly recommend them!

Needham takes care of my doodle and my cat. The doodle gets groomed there, does daycare there, and gets her well care there. Folks are always friendly and knowledgeable.
