This is the second time to the salon the first time was wonderful, walk in they got me in and they did an excellent job. this time I come in and they rush I understand it's a holiday so I came early I know it would be slow take time with your customers and though I was in decisive about a color I picked a color. The tech ignored my choice, just put what color she wanted which was absolutely nothing I would have picked and it's gel polish I don't have time and I don't feel like making her remove it but listen to your customers pay attention slow down left the salon very unhappy with the horrible Polish and crooked nails.

1 called this salon about an hour before closing & they gladly were accepting of my appointment. From the moment I walked in, the lady (owner I believe) who did my nails was absolutely one of the rudest people l've ever came across. She rushed my nails & was mad at me for coming in late, BUT SHE ACCEPTED MY APPOINTMENT KNOWING IT WAS AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE. While she was preparing my nails/filing/ buffing, she was practically yelling at me to pick a color be apparently even though my nails were nowhere near ready to be painted , that was causing her to stay longer? ? Made no sense to me , she hadn't even finished prepping my nails and was adamant for me to pick a color bc as if it was going to magically make time go faster. Overall my nails were decent but I will NEVER return here. This is my second time going to this salon since I moved to Wilmington & they're just not nice people & the customer service is very unprofessional. I'm paying YOU for a service , treating your customers like s* & acting all hot & bothered all the time is NOT the way vou run a business. If I could give -100 stars I would. If you're looking for a decent mani/pedi with a negative atmosphere & tons of judgement & disrespect than I'd highly recommend. Go somewhere else, it's not worth being mistreated whileSPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on a service THEY OFFER. Do better "Nails 4 u"….. more like "Disrespect 4 u". I really hope they read this & do better.Services: Nail painting
