We are preparing to bring our newest edition Goku to the Vet for his first visit. As we have brought our previous dogs here and have appreciated their care for animals. The entire staff is very compassionate about helping your animal having a great experience. They are extremely empathetic to our animals anxiety or fun levels. Goku is going to be very spoiled and loved by this group and it is why we are staying with them!

Dr Cozart was phenomenal with my very fearful Australian/German Shepherd mix . She only grumbled once and that was during the leg extension. She did not need to be muzzled, this could be due to the wonderful tech, Lexi, being so soothing to her. The level of patience and kindness these two showed blew me away. My dog was not shaking or whining at all during or after her exam. Will definitely become a regular. These two also took great care of my overly friendly pitty, taking him on a tour to see everyone! He is a attention lover. I, as I said, am blown away bu their compassion and true love of animals, it shows in everything they did. Dr Cozart explained what goals we needed to have for each animal and helped understand how to keep pets as healthy as possible!

Best vet I have experienced ever ! I have had many good veterinarians over the years, Myrtle Grove is on top. The staff wonderful. I have a very senior cat, Dr. Peat is very well trained and compassionate veterinarian. They have specialized ( no fear ) training.

I have been utilizing this provider for the past two years and have worked with every veterinarian that works there. They are wonderful - incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate (three of my fur babies, who were all seniors, were euthanized there).

My fur baby received subpar care from this corporate veterinary clinic for a year and a half. They ignored his symptoms and charged exorbitant prices. During his last visit, they failed to take his temperature, forgot to give me medication for his stomach issues, and never investigated his persistent panting. When I asked about vaccine risks, they compared my dog to theirs and didn't provide a client sheet with risk information as required by Zoetis. They claimed he was healthy and sent him home 10 times, but he died suddenly two weeks later. The clinic showed no empathy when I called to report his death and They told me they already had two emergencies and here is a crematory number, cold. Later I text them pleading to call me. I waited two days for them to call me after his death to my follow-up inquiries. Didn't hear a word, so I ended up going to their office, Monday morning when they opened. I eventually switched to another veterinarian, but it was too late for my beloved dog. The trauma of trying to revive him will stay with me forever.

The best pet experience ever! I have an anxious girl (dog, rescue). This is the first place in 9 years that truly got her and focused on her experience instead of in/out & next. I love Dr. Cozart and Kate! We just moved here, and now we have our vet home!!!!

Both myself and pets always have a positive experience when we go here. The office ladies are always so welcoming. The vet techs and vets are always patient and extremely informative. They always give my puppies lots of love and treats to ease their anxiety.

I love Myrtle Grove Animal Hospital. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. When we went in recently for an acute issue, they even called me a few days later just to check and see how my dog was doing. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a Vet!

Unfortunately I’m completely unhappy with the service I received, or the lack of service. My tea cup Chihuahua Buster needs his teeth cleaned and examined, and probably some extractions. He is in constant pain and discomfort. I filled out the online information as requested, to my knowledge they asked me the name of the vet who gave him his shots, I provided it. That’s all the information that was required. They don’t ask the state that you lived in when your pet received his shots. I’m not a vet tech I’m not familiar with the process of getting shot records if I knew this was a problem I would have done it my self. Even that isn’t the biggest problem I have, they sent home a prescription of Trazodone 50 mg tablets. Tablets that someone Cut into 1/4s to give my dog if he’s FEELING anxious, to give him one of the quarters on an empty stomach before we bring him to another visit. My dog is 3.25 pounds and you want me to give him a pill that u cut in 1/4 pieces? Well do I pick a big “1/4 piece “ or a small one. You can’t cut a pill in to even 1/4 pieces….. There was no written instructions. Even there lack of professionalism isn’t my biggest problem. My dog still needs help and I’m not any closer to finding it for him. No communication.
