Brought my car in with a problem that other shops couldn't find or repair. Their repair orders are completely transparent. They went above and beyond to find the problem and kept me informed along the way. What I liked was they let me know of all the maintenance that was needed, I didn't even have to ask for that. Fair price and great work

If I could give less than one star I would DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE ! they charged me $1200 for my front breaks and an inspection I leave and my check engine light is on so I call them I already know it’s a sensor because I checked it and they say to bring it back in we probably knocked it loose while doing your breaks we’ll check it out for free no charge I bring it in the next day 5 hours later I don’t hear from them next thing I know it’s 2 codes that they see come up and want to charge me 400$ for that when there’s only 1 reading I say no thank you and the manager then goes to tell me it will be 200 $ for a diagnostic charge since I don’t want to have the service done I tell them no I’m coming to pick my car up and they hold my car I had to have the police involved just to get my car back these people are scam artists if you are a woman or young do not come here THANKS !

I brought my Audi there for a repair that the dealer had brought to my attention. When doing the full inspections they recommended two services that needed completed.(Brake Flush and Air Filter) I opted out at the time as I had the other expense to take care of. I called back two months later and mentioned my brakes were making noise at that time they recommended I complete the two services they quoted my in May. I decided to follow up with Audi to be sure I needed those services since Audi did not mention them to me. At that time I was told on my inspection report that they had completed both those services and didn't need done. When I was there I gave them the full print out from Audi that stated those services were completed. Twice they missed it and recommend I complete the services that were already done by my dealer. I dealt with two employees there that missed it and would of paid for a services that was just completed.
