So I was recommended mobile tech by a friend so was hoping they were trustworthy but looks like they will try to screw you when they can. You have been warned. Brought my car in for a quick once over and alignment. First they said my car was awd “it’s not, said the front suspension needed replacement, upper and lower control arms and that it would be $3k because the parts are so expensive simple job labor wise, well a quick google search and you can get brand new oem front control arms for my car on both sides for $600.
If you are looking for honesty I’d avoid them.

Super solid desk receptionist, got the work done quick. What set them apart is since 2014 my vehicle has been apart of a recall due to airbag issues and out of all the shops i’ve been too in the past 6 years of owning this car they were the only ones to inform me about it so now I can get all new reliable air bags for free!

Made appt in person but following week on day of service, they were not expecting me. Waited 3 hrs and nothing done to car, overall poor communication and left shop without getting much of an explanation. Maybe just an off day for them, but they didn’t offer to reschedule and I don’t think I’d return anyways. Received request from them to review experience a few days later.

Had issues with my car starting. Took to Mobile Tech down town and Danny and the guys there took time to listen to me and treated me great. Took time to explain to me my car problems and my car has never ran better. If I need my vehicle worked on I will definitely take my car back to them. I will also recommend to my family and friends to take there auto to Danny at Mobile Tech downtown Wilmington.

Loved them made me feel like they were taking good care of me I'm 69 yr old lady. They told me about some needed maintenance from manufacturer,that other shops hadn't. I put new tires on it needed an alignment,the 1st place I took it to couldn't get the alignment,said the frame on my car was bent. So took to caliper collision and he said mobile tech does all the automotive work, he said they are not cheap,but do good work. So Mobil tech got my alignment done said it was out just a little,and did a post collision check all for 150. I'm am over elated, all looked good under the car. Would recommend them , Doug at the counter is very knowledgeable and they care about their customers. They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion. Thanks for putting my mind at ease
