I want to thank Mike and his team for his hospitality and professionalism. My son unfortunately had an accident and we went to Mike for an estimate. After that estimate proved to retire my son’s car, Unfortunately the damage was too much, Mike allowed us to keep his car there until I made arrangements to have it picked up. Mike and his crew painted a boat for me and it turned out absolutely perfect, as if it had just come off the showroom floor. Turn around time was impressive and everyone at the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. After taking my truck back 4 different times, it still isn’t right. Paint issues, missing clips on my bumper/fender wells, and my bumper isn’t sitting right. The last time I just gave up and I’m taking my truck somewhere else. I also had to buy a new battery because 2 of the 4 times I went to pick up my truck it was completely dead. just got off the phone with them and I told them about my accident with the deers hitting me . Informed them my insurance was going to cover it and they told me to bring the paper work and also wanted to see my car which isn't a problem . I also mentioned that I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be taken advantage of due to me being a woman and it happening in the past . instead of him assuring me that this wouldn't be like that he told me "well if you can't trust we don't need to finish this conversation". i don't feel like that needed to be said and the way he said it just made me not finish going through with it . We all know how placed can be when women come alone .

I received completed work today, May 27, 2022. I cannot thank Greg and Barbara enough for the work the company did! They were very responsive and on time. I found them extremely easy to work with and stayed to there time line as much as possible. When they said they would call, they called, not like other body shops I have dealt with in the past. I would recommend Mike's Body shop to anyone!! I felt like a friend when I left with my vehicle (was not an easy fix)!Service: Painting

From the initial phone conversation the lady that answered the phone hung up in my face when I asked her name. Will not do business and will not recommend anyone to this unprofessional business. She also went on to advise me on how I should handle the insurance company against my questioning of her opinion and told me it would be a waste of their time to quote me for anything stay away from this collision shop!!!!!!!!
