Has always, so far, been able to take care of our vehicles. Service has been reasonable and timely. We will continue using Midas.

Wonderful staff and technicians with full service available. Everyone is always respectful and never feel work is recommended that is not needed. Am always told what issues can wait for completion. Buy my tires there and have them maintained there also. Have had all my cars serviced there for 18+ years and will continue to do so. Name is now "Delaney" and there are 3 locations.

Midas is just ok. I haven't been to one in years. They try to upsell and you have to watch out or they will take your money. There are better car repair spots to go to.

Great interaction with the staff from the get-go. Met David and he recommended me this place. Quick service! They fixed my under engine splash guard and got a rotation in as I was outside enjoying the rain on their 2 rocking chairs. Good experience. Would come back again.

They tried to charge me $650 for brakes to get my car past inspection and I got the same work done around the corner for $210. I never want to bring my car back there again.Services: Brakes

Ryan, one of the mechanics there, was open, fair, honest & explained the intricacies of the problems my car had in a way that I could understand as a laymen. Very happy with my experience hereFront staff was friendly and helpful for me as well

My son took his vehicle for inspection and it failed for one tire. He had the tire replaced, took it back for reinspection within the 60-day window, and they failed it for the other three tires. (Of course, they offered to sell him some tires.) That sort of reinspection procedure may be permissible under the law, but I have never seen a vehicle fail reinspection for something that passed the initial inspection. It struck me as dishonest. It was certainly disappointing. Personally, this makes inspection feel like a roll of the dice at Midas. There are plenty of other inspection stations, and I’d recommend choosing one of those.

I visited an area with a cooler climate and the change in temperature made the air pressure in my tires a little funky. My cars computer was telling me I needed to get the psi fixed sonI took it here. The people there told me there was a nail in my tire that was in a spot where they couldn't patch the hole...so I'd have to pay for a new tire. Needless to say there was not a nail, not a hole, just a change in air pressure that my computer was confused about. Just like most big businesses, the people here will try to take advantage of you for your wallet. I am a female college student and admittedly don't know much about cars, thankfully my grandpa has some experience and was able to help me out of the situation.

Considered going here but after reading all the negative, single star reviews, I won't. Thanks to all who took the time to write about their experiences. Probably saved me some time and money. There is always a response from Midas, but seems like okey doke, damage control while the problems remain unresolved?

The gentleman at reception was very helpful and thorough. The mechanic and I had no verbal contact. My car runs a bit better; the oil change did the trick! No hidden prices and no pressure either with the laundry list of repairs/maintenance that was noted. I will recommend the location.Service: Oil change

Won't be going back. I brought my new car in for an inspection but the guy who checked me in told me that it may have already had an inspection done (told me it looked like it was done on 1/3 which I told him made sense since that was the day I picked my new car up from dealership) and so I asked if I didn't need one. He told me he would check and let me know... Assuming that means he would check and if it had been done already I could be on my way... I waited 30+ mins and then the manager comes back and tells me that I didn't need one done because they confirmed one had been done a month ago. I said okay, assuming I wouldn't have to pay since the first guy told me they would check to see if it was even needed before they did an inspection, but the manager said that since the mechanic had started the inspection they had to charge me. I was so confused since the first guy who I spoke to told me they might not need to do it at all and would check, but then manager told me they had to charge me since they preformed the inspection... Uh but if you checked and saw it already had an inspection why would you do one again other than to try and get $30 from me? Honestly it isn't even the money, I just feel like they tried to get one over me and I was told one thing by one guy and another by the manager... I have taken my car here for years and always felt they tried to pull things over on me but this is the last time. Won't take my car here anymore.
