Sitting here at South College in Wilmington trying to get in to pay my phone bill at the Metro and it's 10:30 still no one in sight no one answers the phone no one. Well the lady finally got there and was about 15mins late but the traffic was so bad and my clock was fast so she was only a little behind and she apologized for me having to wait.The young lady went above and beyond to help me fix my bill.i couldn't have done it without her.she made me feel better before I left.Thank you for taking the time to help me figure things out.

Not impressed. 10:14 on a day they are supposed to open at 10:00. Not a soul in sight, no one answers store phone, voice-mail has not been set up. Called the other store (on Kerr) but no one picked up over there, either. Guess they don't want new customers. This one was looking for bundled home internet and mobile.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here today. I didn’t get the associates name, but she was working today (2/19/24) around 4pm. My screen on my iPhone 11 stopped working and I asked her how we could fix it and she had no idea. She started talking about it happening to her boyfriends phone and they let the battery run out and that’s all she knew of that might help. And then she took a call from her kid right in the middle of our conversation, then she made another call to someone else right after and started telling me about all the things she needed to do. She was a mess. I then asked her if she could google how to fix it and she did, and then grabbed her phone and cigarettes and told me to come outside and watch a YouTube tutorial with her as she smoked… I was done. I asked if she could tell me how to get to Best Buy and she seemed offended, but told me directions, and then also had to tell me about living right near there. I don’t know what she was on but she completely wasted my time and was of no help. I never had an interaction like that with Metro and I’ve been with them for over 10 years.

Took my friend there that was so excited to get his new phone. I waited in the car so they could proceed with there business transactions. I came in periodically to check on my friend. The salesman told me very rudely to quit coming in because they had a door counter that told how many people came in and out and if he didn't make enough sales he would lose his job. I was not happy! Whatsoever but I didn't want to ruin my friends phone purchase. So i waited outside. Never heard anything like this. Rude disrespectful young man. He has no clue what costumer service is. I recommend never going to this establishment! Ever! If this young man is supposed represent metro by t mobile.

I came into the establishment in Wilmington, problems with my phone. Amanda & Eric were very knowledgeable, showed professionalism & was very attentive my needs.Eric & Amanda need to be commended for the service they provide their customers.I was very pleased as a customer.
