Was in need of a new Mattress and everyone online always tells you to go to a Brick and Mortar and actually try them, don’t listen to reviews, etc. etc. So I headed to Mattress Firm to do some field research. I worked with Randy who was fantastic, laid back, easy to deal with, not pushy with the sales tactics.it was truly a pleasurable experience, which no one would ever expect when buying a mattress. I will say, I was disappointed that Mattress Firm did not carry the Purple Brand of Mattresses in store to actually try out, so if your looking to try a Purple, this was truly the only downside to going to Mattress Firm. I ended up choosing their house brand anyways, but being as Purple is an extremely popular brand you hear about online all the time, I would’ve like I have the opportunity to have tried the mattress in store. Thanks again to Randy for the truly easy, seamless, pleasurable experience.

I had a fantastic experience while choosing a bed for my father with medical conditions. Randall was an amazing representative for Mattress Firm. He shared not only his vast experience with mattresses and bed frames, he also shared his personal experiences assisting family members with finding the most appropriate bed for their medical needs. I didn’t need to look any further, I was able to purchase and set up delivery immediately. Thank you Randall for helping to ease a stressful task!
