Jillian is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in walking you through the process. I had a 5 star experience and would recommend this company and especially Jillian to anyone in the Wilmington or surrounding area! I guarantee her prices are well below store front prices and the quality is the same if not better. I purchased a queen mattress with a euro top brand new and a frame to go with it. I paid well under what I would have paid at and ‘named’ stores and the quality is the same or better. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with my experience and I recommend, if you’re in the market for a mattress, make sure you call Jillian and she will be glad to help. Use my name if you want. She will remember me! Good luck peeps and this place is more than legit!

I ordered a bed online. Told her exactly what we were looking for. We got the adjustable base, mattress, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, sheets, and even a travel pillow!!! We were a little worried about ordering one online and not being able to try it first, but based on what we told her our needs were, her recommendation was absolutely spot on perfect!!!! Best mattress I’ve ever owned, I sleep so good! Puppies vote 10 out of 10! Jill is amazing to work with. She went above and beyond helping me pick the perfect mattress. If you’re out of state and shopping for a new mattress, don’t be nervous, everything went perfect and it was mailed right to my door. I will only buy from here going forward, although it will probably be a very long time before I need a new mattress.

I recently purchased a mattress from Jill and she was so amazing. We were late for our appointment and called her. She was so accommodating and was very supportive in helping me choose a mattress. Delivery was offered but we didn’t need it. I highly recommend and will purchase from her in the future.

I didn't care for the lady very much she was rude to me on the phone. And didn't seem to know anything about her own products. ? RE to your response: I am not those people, good for them that they liked their experience, I did not. And NO, I will not give you a chance, to be unprofessional again. I decided to go with a company who knew what they were selling and knew they delivered for free :) Get it in a week!
