This is an absolute garbage company with a garbage product. I'm the original owner of a house that was built with Markraft supplied cabinets in 2021. I wanted to do a quick kitchen refresh and get new cabinet hardware. What should have been a 30 minute project turned in to an impossible task. The existing hardware has a standard 3 3/4" hole spacing. The new hardware I bought has the same 3 3/4" spacing. Imagine to my surprise that the holes drilled by Markraft installers are all over the place. They're 1/16" off here, a 1/16" off there, all of which results in the new hardware not fitting. How was the old hardware installed you may wonder? Well, much like the quality of the install, the hardware is complete trash and can be bent easily by hand. The installer bent the hardware to fit whatever haphazard holes were drilled in the wood.In addition to the random hole spacing (random despite templates being used and readily available!), some of the original hardware was secured with screws that had so much torque applied they were stripped to the point of having to be drilled out.If you're building a custom house, find a different cabinet supplier. This one is no good. If buying from one of the big builders where you don't have a say in the cabinetry, check for these things at a minimum (I'm sure there are other issues to look for that I have yet to discover) and get them corrected while the house is under warranty.

I just want to say that I have been thrilled with this company. I have beautiful cabinets that were well installed. The relatively small issues that have come up, have been dealt with with so much professionalism and craftsmanship, I just wanted to be sure and give a shout-out to them. Thank you, Markraft!

Nice cabinets but they don’t stand by their workmanship. We recently discovered something that was not installed properly but were several months outside the installation warranty of one year. They refused to remedy the situation.

We worked with Matt on upgrading our kitchen. Matt was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with and Markraft has a wide selection of products and options to give us the most bang for our buck. We are looking forward to our new kitchen!

I do not recommend this company's products or would I recommend working for this company !!! Most of their Cabinets come damaged Right out of the box...They tell you ways to make more money on top of your paycheck and dont follow through...Scott Swain is a liar and will not pay you for work done!!! Sad that they have a guy like this representing them!!!

I went to Markraft in Wilmington on February 22. Since I had used them in my previous home, I had high expectations. I was told there would be a 4-6 week wait because they were so busy. Not a problem. After about 9 weeks of not hearing back from them I called and was told that someone tried to call me 3 weeks prior about the $150 deposit required to come get measurements. They did not leave any sort of message (and frankly I could not find the call in my phone history), but I paid the $150 immediately over the phone. They finally sent someone out on May 4th to measure my kitchen and master bath for redesign. He told me I would hear something in one week. On June 1 after an hour on hold and numerous messages, Andrew returned my call only to tell me that NOTHING had been done on my project and that he would certainly refund my money. Nothing. After 14 WEEKS. He seemed to think that refunding my $150 makes it all okay. No, it doesn't. I have lost over four months of time, and I am quite sure the cost of the cabinets themselves have not dropped during this time. Any responsible business would have tried hard to make it right - especially for a repeat customer. He would not give me any explanation, he just kept repeating that he sure was sorry. Then had the nerve to tell me that I should have ordered them in February because they "weren't that busy back then." They why was I told there was a 4-6 week wait for a drawing? This entire experience has been extremely upsetting and does not pass a smell test. I hope I can save someone else from this company! Definitely not recommended!!!
