Great spot with super amenities for an extended stay. Staff is great , location was super for my needs, and quick shopping was literally around the corner. Price was comparable for a facility similar. Id recommend here. And plan on returning here

This place was fabulous. The staff is so friendly. We felt right at home our 2 weeks house shopping.Rooms: We had a two queen suite with living room and kitchen. It was a handicapped room. We were very comfortable. We recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was satisfactory and comes with the room. We never heard a thing sleeping.

It was my first time staying in this hotel with my family and we really loved staying here. It was like staying in an apartment with lots of space and can cook food for kids too. It was in great location. Breakfast was good one too.

The room, location and garden were nice. Here’s a few things we didn’t like. 1. There were people squatting /car camping in the parking lot. We told the front desk several times and they never took care of the situation. 2. People also kept propping one of the security doors open. Again, staff did not address this.We were happy there was a designated dog area (not enclosed) and they gave us a dog gift when we arrived.Rooms: The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals and breakfast.Safety: Non-guests were allowed to camp in the parking lot. They allowed guests and staff to proper one of the security doors open because the card reader wasn’t working.

Nice pet-friendly extended stay motel. Rooms were comfy and clean. Only complaint is that they charge an additional $50 per stay pet fee on top of rack rate of $175. This was an u expected charge which I feel should have been mentioned on the Choice Hotels website . Also, a guest set off the smoke detectors which forced us to evacuate from 9:45 until approximately 10:30a.m. on a Friday morning. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying sound.

room great clean, but shower missing shower head center part and water going everywhere, they charge me for my pet. Im ask for discount becouse issue with shower and she say bla bla bla. so Im just pay full price and continue mi life, hope they get better service next time.

Stayed here for a party for only one day. The check in lady was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. The rooms smelled a bit but the breakfast was really good too. The outside looked great!

I honestly would not recommend staying here. The staff is friendly but the rooms are awful! We started off in one room.. once we got there it smelt like mildew, it was very hot and the toilet would not flush at all. We went down front and they moved us to the move next door and it was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over it from a previous person and in the tub. It wasn’t clean and that’s one thing I can’t stand about a hotel is a dirty bathroom because it’s the most used and dirtiest room out of anything. I had to use a measuring cup to wash the hair down and even then I didn’t want to shower in it. Staff was friendly but a nice and clean room means more.Safety: The area was nice. Felt safe

I was staying there for an extended stay. I wanted to add more time, but they had some kind of policy that wouldn't let me, but do hold rooms for those already doing long term stays. 2 days till the end of the reservation I was told they were booked. Thanks for making me find new plans in 2 days. That's how you lose someone that was ready to stay most of the summer.

I have been here for almost a week now & I can't give them enough stars. The employees are top notch. Everyone is so polite & always offering to help you in any way if needed. From the time I walked in the door to check in to till my departure, it's been one of the best. It's clean. It's quiet. Large rooms with kitchenette then includes everything that you need to cook with. Beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Also something I find extremely important is the water pressure and it is not disappointing here. And last but not least is that I travel with my dog and they are pet friendly and there is a decent area to walk your dog

The positive - Comfortable bed.The rest of the Story - The room (a Non-smoking room), including the furniture, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.No Bath mat to stand on for showering. Dirty dishes in the cabinets as well as limited/mismatched utensils. The couch in the room is in Poor condition. No fresh coffee during the day/evening, limited supplies in the dining area. Poor breakfast selection due to Broken refrigeration.Low quality foods served.The Staff woman at the desk during check-in was Rude and Very unprofessional when I was reporting the room condition to her. I asked if there was any room spray available, she looked in her cabinet and said no. She asked if I knew the room number which I gave her. I asked what would that do and she said "We can charge the last person a Cleaning Fee". I asked her "What does that do for us?" and she looked up from the computer and (with a bit of a smirk) said "Nothing" then went back to the computer. She appeared to be done talking with me so I headed to my room. While waiting at the elevator with my wife I was telling her after the way the staff girl didn't care about our problem. When we got up to our room the staff girl was in the hall. She asked which room was ours so I pointed to the room, she said "There's definite smoke smell coming from these (2) rooms (which she pointed to the doors. We asked if she wanted to come in to check the room for herself but she declined and walked away.

Love this place. Lots of space and everything included. My dog was happy here. Nice big kitchen. Lovely living room.Rooms: Very clean. Comfy beds. Large space with large living room.Nearby activities: The Riverwalk is not very far.Safety: Feels like a safe areaFood & drinks: Nice breakfast with a large variety of food.

Where to start... the fitness room was "out of order". Keycards sometimes worked. At $170 for the night, I didn't expect to be awake before 8am, yet workers were moving a ladder around, creating slamming noise against our wall on a Saturday morning. I should mention that we were on the third floor, avoid the sketchy elevator.Rooms: Our room looked nothing like the photos on the website.

In town for a family tragedy.Management was above and beyond accommodating. Housekeeping was beyond accommodating.The room provided a safe haven during a stressful time of life.This place was able to accommodate our needs and do so with grace and compassion in today’s Big Corporate Driven Hospitality Industry.Kudos to them.

Clean room & bathroom. Large room with high ceilings! Power/charging & wifi are strong-unlike some hotels. Found my place to stay for biz in Wilmington from now on. Impressed.
