I love this boutique, I have been sourcing outfits from this store for years. They always have the current and newest trends that fit each season precisely as you’d want to style yourself. The jewelry selection they have is not to be overlooked. The crew is pretty amazing there too :)

I have been shopping at Lula Balou for quite some time now and have never been disappointed with the selection that they have! I have seen all ages shopping in the store and have always had positive encounters with the employees. Such a positive and inviting atmosphere every single time! Absolutely recommend to any female who needs some retail therapy or anyone needing gift ideas for others! <3

Rude, rude, rude people who work here. The last straw was when I called to ask a question about an item, and the girl could care less to help me. Will not go back. Go visit the store a few shops down called Wrightsville Ave. The owner and girls that work there are SO sweet!

Today I visited this lovely boutique for the first time. It is decorated fabulously from the outside and we were looking for specific items. The brunette who was working was very friendly and eager to help. They had a really great sale doing on and they also had some of the best smelling perfume that I ever smelled. The shop is small but adequate. They have jewelry, and clothes. The lighting fixtures were really cool. This is an above average priced store. The styles are cute and I will be back to buy the perfume. We did find a beautiful shirt on clearance for $20.00, too!

So this place was on same scale as Monkees of wilmington in my opinion and a scale less in price point similar fashion. But the major difference was real customer service! No sales girls talking to their boyfriend and ignoring you here like at the other store. Very friendly and accommodating. Attentive!

The girl who runs this place is not very friendly. Still, she does have employees that are extremely nice and I like some of the items and shopped here pretty often. I bought a blouse recently and washed it according to instructions. It shrunk to about half of its size. When I went into return it she steamed it, which stretched it out a little, and gave it back to me. I told her I did not have a steam iron and wished to exchange it because I was going to need to wash it again and it would shrink back up. She refused to exchange it and said she would reach out to the vendor and get back to me. Several months later and I haven't heard a thing. Now I'm stuck with a blouse small enough for a 3-year-old. I won't be back.

Very poor customer service! They advertise sale prices in a very false and misleading manner. To much competition in the area to shop here. Will stick with Vestique or Tres Bleu - better service, selection and PRICES!!!!
