It was a Lowe’s.
I was buying supplies for a project we were doing in town. I actually ended up going there at least 9 times in the 6 days I was in town.
They were very nice and polite, only issues were if I had to get bulk orders it took forever to get them to load pallet loads on my truck.
But anyone who does any kind of repairs or etc, etc. I guess it’s just part of the journey.

Lots of snarky attitude from crew. I needed a dowel screw that is clearly listed on site as in stock. Acted like he had no idea what it was and I ended up with a wooden dowel that was the wrong size.
This is why I will only buy plants from there moving forward. The customer service here is deplorable and inexcusable. I once had a young woman just walk away from me and not return when I asked her to check on something.
Back to Ace Hardware and Home Depot.. where the help actually helps!

The absolute worst experience I have ever received in my life. Don't EVER EVER EVER let lowes to do any work in your home. You will sadly regret it. I spent a LOT of money for home improvements from cabinets, to coutertops to flooring and they have literally butchered every single one of them. I am truly disgusted with the level of service I have received from lowes. I still don't have flooring or my cabinets fixed it has been 3 months now. They won't give you your money back and on top of everything they call you a liar. Management needs to get their act together. The level of service at this company is horrible, going to the BBB and filing a formal complaint. They hire the most incompetent people to do work in your house. You will waste your time and money, I promise you!! I wish someone told me this before I stepped foot in this store.

Terrible! We had a scheduled delivery for our fridge, the delivery guys got here, would not take the fridge of the box and just said it wouldn’t fit in our house. They refused to even leave it in the driveway.They canceled the order on their own and drove away before we could go back outside to talk to them. Had to jump through hoops just to get someone one the phone and try to fix it. They won’t come back the same day and have made my husband waste his time and money by having to take off a half of day from work.
