Seaside Reality is awesome! Our realtor was Caroline Dugas and I can’t say enough good things about her. I have often felt that realtors don’t earn there money, but she earns every penny! She does whatever it takes to make your home sellable, marketable, and stages to perfection. She sold our home in four days and my sons home in less than a week! Caroline was an excellent agent to work with. She puts in the hard work to get you your dream house. She was always extremely responsive and would work sometimes until 1am to help her clients. Caroline would never pressure you into putting an offer on a home unless it was perfect, because she wants to make dreams come true, not seek a paycheck. She saved us from buying a home that was in a serious flood danger area. She is the people's realtor and I would recommended her to anyone I meet (already have). If you're looking to buy a home in North Carolina or even South Carolina, give Miss Caroline a call. You'll be happy you did.

I have worked with Caroline and her team to sell three homes and buy three homes. I have ALWAYS been more than impressed with the amazing work ethic that Caroline Dugas and her team all have! My family and I selected Living Seaside Realty to help us purchase and sell multiple homes over the course of the last two years. Our experience in dealing with this real estate company and in particular, Caroline Dugas, was outstanding. I don't say this lightly, having dealt with many different real estate agents and brokers over the the last 40 years, both professionally and personally. The thing that makes Caroline stand out, head and shoulders above others, is her work ethic and results achieved, whether helping us sell or buy. She does what she says she is going to do. Her experience shows up in the results. She also made the process easy; having years and years of experience we simply followed her lead and professional advice and were rewarded beyond our expectations on both the sales and the purchases. On the sale side of things, Caroline spent the time necessary to properly market our homes to get the best price. She is not afraid to get down and do the detailed work necessary to get a home ready for the market. Caroline's team and the people who regularly help her with repairs, flooring and paint are the best I've seen at an affordable price. Living Seaside has an amazing assortment of staging furniture to give a home just the right look. And Caroline's decorative skills are the best I've seen. Our last home sold within a week or so from listing and at full asking price. My son actually sold his home above asking price with buyers competing against one another. On the buying side of things, Caroline worked tirelessly to find us just the right house in what has been a tight seller's real estate market here in Wilmington for the last few years. Caroline was awesome! We were interested in purchasing property for retirement and looked at multiple locations. Caroline worked her tail off investigating sites and permits as well as questioning incorrect listings. In the end we did not purchase at this time but if we decide to revisit property again I definitely will call Caroline! Thanks again for all your hard work!♥
