Charged my mom 546$ I asked for me to be there because she is a bit older. I wasn't. They came they left. About an hour work. 546$. I called they said. Real sorry about that. Well give you 2 free hours. When we finally needed it. Wasn't available. Poor service. Shouldn't have been 546$ in the first place. They didn't call, per their reply here. And there was going to BE A POD. in future. Needed the stuff near the edge of the garage. Somehow... I got one guys sunglasses, a blunt, and half of the wrong christmas boxes in a pile of 14 boxes.... for 546$.

A friend suggested that I look into Little Guys Movers for my family's relocation last week and I am so grateful they did! The Little Guys team was prompt, respectful, helpful, and completely transparent on how their pricing worked and they were extremely easy to book and work with. Highly recommend!

I used this company many times in the past but recently I had a commercial cooler moved for the second time by them. I explained how big and heavy it was yet they only sent two movers. Long story short, they dropped the cooler off the back of the top of the ramp, onto the ground. A 5,000.00 cooler I use for my business. I hire this company because they claim to cover if an accident happens. They originally offered me 50.00 to cover the cost of repainting the door, before they even tried to see it or see its condition. I went back and forth until they replaced the doors because that’s all they were willing to do. Anyway, the cooler never closed right again and constantly freezes up. The cooler was brand new and worked perfectly before this incident. Not to mention the company was a nightmare to deal with throughout the process. Very rude and not understanding. Now I have a worthless 5000.00 cooler. I always used this company but never again and I’d never tell anyone to move anything of value with them.

I would give them 100 stars plus if I could! Definitely highly recommended. I have heard stories of other movers so my husband did research and was impressed after speaking with Ryan. So organized and professional. He hired exceptional young men. Kind, polite, on time, extremely trustworthy. A must!!!

Amazing service! The staff were super friendly and answered all my questions. They were competent on how to handle my baby grand piano and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend.

I'm giving two stars because crew showed up on time and was friendly. I am only giving two stars however because several pieces of furniture were damaged. I had to remind the crew leader a few times to use the blankets I provided. In the end several pieces of furniture were not covered and I had 8 blankets left over they could have used. I stated in the beginning that I wasn't sure if I had enough blankets so they asked me to sign a damage waiver. I feel that after I signed that, they didn't care much anymore. I called the manager/owner after I discovered the damage. I explained that there were many blankets not used and damage was the result. I told him I took pictures. All he did was argue and didn't want to see pictures. All he had to do was offer an apology and maybe offer some money back. I probably would had said no worries and try to do better in the future. Instead he argues, and now gets a bad review.

The people who were moving my furniture took care to prevent damage yet were fast and efficient. When the job took longer than expected, more guys came to help! I appreciated the team taking the time to review each piece in each room so that they got what they needed and estimated the price. I will use their services again.

They are timely and just do a good job. Are hard working and I appreciate them as it is a tough job. The office staff also is very accommodating and communicative. Will recommend them to others.
