I won't go through ALL of the problems that I have had with Lincare, but I will focus on the most important and most EXPENSIVE issue. I was persuaded to try the Airway Clearance vest. I told them that I had already tried it and that it did not work, BUT against my better judgment I let them talk me in to trying it. It did absolutely NO good. I am still being charged for the vest. I have no paper work because everything was signed electronically. I have called every number that I can find, and no one seems to know anything about this account, but they keep billing my credit card. I disputed it on my credit card, and they did not even bother to reply to my credit card company. It is next to impossible to get them to answer their phone, and what they tell you that they are going to do is not always what happens. I can certainly understand why they have been sued so many times and had to pay out such huge sums of money. If you need oxygen or oxygen related supplies, do everything you can to get them from someone other than Lincare. If you have to use Lncare, you are SCREWED and you will experience incompetence at its finest. They do not know their rear from deep center field. Everything is lovely as long as they are SELLING you something; but when it comes to service, you can forget it. The sad thing is that they have a monopoly. I could not find anywhere else in Wilmington to get my oxygen. Lincare is a nightmare. I was a business instructor at a community college for 35 years and trained administrative assistants and managers, so I know how it is SUPPOSED to be done. They are the absolute worst that I have encountered, and I have encountered LOTS of medical issues and worked with many medical offices in the last few years.

The new driver claimed he knocked on my door and left a note on the screen door not even the door sating he needs a signature. Now mind you I have three pittbulls that hear leafs fail. They themselves didn't hear a knock. So someone is lying. Plus why didn't you call. I am 53 years old so I could only imagine the elderly having to deal with such poor customer service! I also called at 4:45 no one answere my call for 30 minutes I finally hung up. I am beach of new provider if this matter is not settled by tomorrow!

Super friendly staff until it's time for the bill. Just finding out that there is now a insurance deductible that I was told nothing about. No bills to reflect this amount other than Lincare just debiting my card with no notice or best practice of letting me know. Called the billing department in FL who just keeps apologizing for the local office's short comings. I was also advised to order supplies monthly that was told would be free however, it's not. They must get an incentive for pushing these Cpap's off on their client's & not giving them all the correct billing information. Super disappointed. Now seeing why there are such bad reviews.**Just spoke with my insurance company who states Lincare did not give me all the info needed for this machine. I was told it was a 12 month rental when in fact per my insurance I only needed to rent it for 4 months. Lincare has been billing my insurance random charges & debiting my card for random amounts that the insurance company cannot explain. Terrible company!

Lincare is great. They really helped me out when I had a problem with my ResMed C-pap. I was missing part of the connector plug, which I think was accidentally left behind in a hotel. I stopped by Lincare about a week later, and Wes Todd, the Center Manager, came out to help me, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I told him I needed to figure out the model number of my missing piece, and where I could order one from. He told me “No need to do that, I’ve got you covered “ and went in the back and found a brand new one. Lincare is so great to work with! Thank you Wes Todd!

Service was quick and helpful. Information was well explained.Lack of exceptional hygiene was noted .Got sick after 1st night's use of machine.Afraid to keep using, but do so every other night .MY disinfecting puts me more at ease.

They fraudulently billed people who stopped using their equipment now their saying insurance said they won't cover your equipment and you owe $450. Calling my insurance company to fix this now. Oh and Lincare just lost $25 million in a lawsuit settled February 2024 about their fraudulent charges.
