The worst owner in history. I ordered a Tuuci umbrella and the owner Trey lied to me, never put in the order. 5 months later I had Tuuci corporate on phone validating his dishonesty. I would stay away from this place. Negative star would be appropriate!

This establishment was excellent, both in selection of outdoor furniture, price and in the knowledge of the salesperson who I think was also the owner. We wanted four Adirondack chairs for our fire pit and he patiently showed us everything that was available and described the benefits of each. The best part was that what we chose was available in stock and we had it around our fire pit in two day's time!

Trey provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the product. Cool dude. Not a high pressure selling environment like many other furniture galleries. We bought a showroom piece and some Adirondack style chairs w table- it was delivered same day at the end of the day. Delivery dudes were great kids-wish them the best in college. I gave them both $20. I will without a doubt buy more gear here in the future.

Leisure World is the only place we will buy outdoor furniture. We bought a Jensen set that has lasted beautifully for the 9 years we have owned it and when the fiber board supports started to wear out on our chairs from high use and exposure to the elements, Trey generously secured the replacement parts. We also have patio umbrellas, garden stools, cushions and more that we have bought there over the years. Great service and selection and quality products.

Worst customer service! We needed a new part for a chair we bought there and since we didnt have our sales receipt after 10 years, we told the owner we would be happy to pay for the part. The owner assured us that he would contact the company for us (the company insists that you go through the local dealer) and then went silent. We called and left messages. no call backs. We went back in person several times and were rudely told that they had contacted the company and we just needed to be patient. That was in August 2022. It's now April 2023. Nothing. If you want to be ignored and lied to, this is the place for you.

My wife and I purchased over $1700 worth of furniture from Leisure World Casual Furniture in July of 2017. In July 2022, the side braces on one of the Polywood rockers, warrantied for 20 years, broke. We attempted several phone calls within normal business hours. Most went unanswered. Twice we actually spoke with an employee. We were asked to send an email with photos of the receipt and damaged product and were told that someone would "get back to us". We promptly provided the requested photos. No response. We sent two follow-up emails. No response. This has been ongoing for 7 months now (currently February 2023) with no progress. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. We will not be using Leisure World for future purchases and recommend going elsewhere for your indoor and outdoor furniture needs.

Trey was great to work with. He answered our questions and gave us some suggestions. When trying to make a decision about what we wanted, he suggested we think about the space we had for outdoor furniture and our lifestyle. He was very helpful and not pushy.

If I could put lower than 1 star I would! The owner sold the wrong umbrella under the pretense that it was correct and then was incredibly difficult when I tried to fix this. He sold the umbrella I was in there for to another woman who came in AFTER me because she had been in the store the day before looking at it. Keep in mind she did not buy it or put down a deposit on it the day before, she simply was looking at it and considering buying it but left saying she wasn't sure and would come back if she decided she wanted it. The owner went to the back to get the umbrella to give it to me but decided to give it to the other lady after she told him that she wanted it. Not only did this happen but after that the owner was incredibly rude to me! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SHOPPING HERE DO NOT !!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS! I will not be returning and am very disappointed in this business!

Update. Trey Fulcher will take your money and it ends there. ZERO customer service. Read his other reviews. I am now reaching out to the manufacturer (who answers their phone) and even they can't get an answer from Trey.Hoping for a return phone call? You guys don't answer the phone and you don't return calls. I left a message Monday and about 3-4 weeks prior to that. Supply chain issues are understandable. Not returning phone calls is inexcusable. I would simply like an update on my order. We have called 6 times and left 2 messages.

If I could give ZERO Stars ... Trey Folcher is happy to take your money and it ends there. The man can't be bothered to return phone calls. I fully get that manufacturing lead times are off the charts right now but at least return a call with a status of the order. Trey claims that Seaside Casual is non-responsive when he asks them for a status on my order yet I have called Seaside directly twice and they pick up the phone on the second ring (Thank You, Erin at Seaside for trying to help!). Trey doesn't even bother to return the manufacturers calls. = ZERO STARS!
