When I started training with John I thought I was in pretty good shape. Quickly found out I had a long way to go. I've been training with him for 5 years and feel the best I've ever felt. Just finished radiation and because of the training he does have been able to continue to run and workout throughout the treatments. The gym is fantastic and has everything you need to workout. I also really like the variety or workouts that John employs.

I've been training with John Rhodes for a few years now. He listens to you and will work with you. I had a couple of injuries and John helped me work around them and eventually helped me recover. John will push you to achieve what goals you both set and will make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. If you're not comfortable doing one exercise he will adjust your training to another exercise. I see him twice a week, my husband sees him 3 times a week and my 70+ mother in law also sees him twice a week.

John is a great personal trainer - friendly, patient, and motivating. The private gym has all the equipment you'd ever need and it's never crowded. There's a separate fairyland-like room for yoga. And, if you want to hang out and watch other people sweat, there's a couch, and free coffee.
