The women who work at this location have been consistently nice to me each time I visit. The customer service they give is 5 stars. I usually end up visiting the store during the last 45 minutes of their open hours (Not on purpose) and they have never made me feel rushed. They help locate items and have ideas for clothes they think I might like and have them waiting for me in the dressing room as if I were the first customer of the day instead of the last.This is the smallest L.B. I've been to and it's placed in a huge shopping center, but access to it is so easy and parking is practically in front of their door.

Absolutely love this store!! Especially having a great fitter was the highlight of my visit. When you need to be measured ask for Shaquana or Jess. I had Shaquana and she is absolutely the best. She works very hard to make sure you feel good about your size and choices. She definitely lifted up my spirits. Lane Bryant she definitely deserves a raise because you have a gem. She even sent me a handwritten letter saying she enjoyed helping me with my fitting. Such an awesome worker and person. Her spirit is so sweet and joyous. I will definitely go back and shop with Shaquana and Jess!

This Lane is well stocked. I could find my size in everything I wanted. I sometimes have to get things ordered online. The women who work here are very friendly and helpful.

You guys!! My girlfriend and I just had the BEST experience at this location! Jessica and Ashley were so amazing. We showed up 20 minutes before they closed just to quick shop for our upcoming trip! They were so professional and welcoming, let us shop, measured us and even allowed us to try on items. I even applied for a store credit card and that is something I NEVER do! Highly recommend this location to everyone!! Incredible vibes, incredible people, they will make you feel like family! Thank you so much Jessica and Ashley for your time today! ☺️

Love this store. The staff is pretty great and so helpful. They are always pleasant. On this trip, the A/C was out, and it was getting pretty close to 80 degrees in the store, and they were still very awesome despite the miserable temperature inside. You can never go wrong with a lane bryant store. Always going to find great employees.
