“My wife and I stopped in this past Friday, because we were looking for a custom wood entry way table and shelves to complement our wall. I have to be honest I don’t get excited very often but once we walked in with ideas of what we were looking for and with Erika’s help and Knowledge we both walked away from the whole experience blown away! “Great supply house. The showroom sales staff is either completely out of touch or just play ignorant. How does your sales person not know what a toilet in a box is? “Excellent products and great customer service. I ordered a wok, and they took the time to call me to mention that the top dimension described on the website as 14: was actually 13.5". They wanted to confirm that the 1/2" difference was OK. When I confirmed it was, they shipped it out immediately. Great company. I will definitely shop with them again. (I ordered some delicious spices as well.)”
“I was in a plumbing, water heater, water system nightmare. Had just installed a hot water heater (not Ferguson) and few weeks later had a horrible smell in the water. I called the plumber, he said it was the water system, I called the water system, they said it was the hot water heater. I kept getting bounced around for weeks. Then later discovered I had a adnoid (i think I spelled it right). Some said remove it, and some said replace it. The manufacturer of the water heater even got involved. I had visited Ferguson back a year so so ago, (had never heard about it) and the salespeople were wonderful and had quality products. I purchased my outdoor lighting and have loved it every since. For some reason, I called Ferguson and was blessed to get JIM TURNER. Not sure what his position is, but he understood the problem. He explained the problem in a much simpler manner and was VERY PATIENT. Said he would call me back after he called tech support at the manufacturer. Well in about 20 minutes Jim called back and told me about different adnoids. Gave me 2 different ones to choose from. I choose the better one. He even told me what to say to the plumbers. Jim ordered the part, it came within 2 days and was installed by the plumbers who said they had not seen such a quality adnoid. The plumbers were great, and that afternoon, I had perfect water. Jim really went out of his way to help me. I hope he reads this or upper management reads it. Either way, I want to commend Jim and thank him again for his help. Merry Christmas to all the Ferguson employees.”
“It is what it sounds like. Barging outlet. Loved their book prices for my children. Home good are great toys and games. I wouldn't recommend their food the ones I looked at was expired a month ago. Got to have the time and patience to look though everything.”
“My kitchen looks marvulus... I didn't have any problem with templating , installation or sales and customer service was outstanding during whole job. I picked my stone on a Tuesday. Template was done next day on Wednesday and my kitchen was installed Friday morning in about 2 hours was completely done and sealed. Eric and his installers were polite and very to the point on everything they did. Very professional and educated about what they were doing. Explained every step of install. The guys cleaned up after themselves all the way from the kitchen to the front door. I was very impressed and would recommend Allstone Corp. to anyone. Whole process was easy and again professional.”
