I came in right at open for a quote to fix a prong on my engagement ring that I bent. The worker was very kind and personable, and took care of me right away. They took my ring back to the jeweler, and he fixed it within 5 minute at no charge! They gave me suggestions to prevent this from happening again, and were very helpful. I will definitely be returning should I need any other jewelry care.

My mother’s husband passed away and about a month prior to that my mom lost the diamond out of her engagement ring. While sweeping the floors one day at her house I found the diamond. She was so happy. See her husband told her he would get her a new one and she refused because to her it wasn’t a new ring she wanted she wanted the one her loving husband bought her because every ring has a meaning behind it. When her spouse passed I panicked and called all jewelry repair companies and they wasn’t able to fix her ring for her to wear at her husbands funeral. When I called Kingsoff Jewelry not only did they fix her ring in one day, the staff was so incredibly kind and sincere. To a consumer the way they acted and cared for each customer is something that I look for when purchasing products and items. I am so thankful and appreciative for Kingsoff Jewelry. They are all so amazing! Thank you all so much for continuing to put customers first. The work you do is outstanding!
