I took my Terrain to Ken, when a sensor for my break system went bad. Unfortunately, the part was on back order. Ken went the extra mile to try to find me one as quickly as possible. He then spent extra time having it reprogrammed … and had several modules reprogrammed. for me He saved us A LOT OF $$$$ vs/ what we would have paid at the dealership.Additionally, it was time for an oil change, and he took care of that as well, for a fraction of the cost at one of the traditional corner oil change garages.We were delighted to hear , he checked out the vehicle thoroughly to ensure my husband and I the car was mechanically safe for me drive .A Honest, reliable, KNOWLEDGEABLE and reasonable PRICED mechanic. Yes,People they do exists! In Wilmington, Ken Hoffman is one of them.I can not recommend Ken Hoffman automotive ENOUGH! If you’re having issues with your car, drive straight to KHA ! Thanks, Ken! Brought my vehicle to him because it wasn't starting and told him not to cut any wires because that was not the issue because it was starting prior upon picking my vehicle up he said it was fixed when in fact it was not I ended up taking it to someone else and they resolve the problem and he charged me a bunch of money
