Jason and Kellie were beyond amazing. We were buying a house in a new location while being overseas. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was out there and once we found our house they walked us through every step of the process and made the whole home buying as easy as possible. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing a realtor in the area!

Went through two other realtors until I found until I was linked up with Kelly and Jason. They were well informed, polite, and responsive. If they didn’t know the answer, they either went to find it or pointed you in the right direction. They were able to see upcoming houses on the market so we were able to forecast problems and make moving a little less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worked with Scott. He is amazing. Very knowledgeable of the area.Since I reside in Ohio, Scott drove to the house and we did a video tour. We made a offer and closed in 3 weeks.Scott gave me lists of insurance agents, lawyers, and inspectors in the area to complete the process .Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased. Scott is the best.

Buying a home from 2400 miles away is a daunting task! As a Realtor myself, I am particular about who I work with and can recognize a top agent when I see one. Jennifer was an absolute blessing to have on our side! She was always so quick to respond to our needs and questions. If she was ever unavailable, she very quickly connected us with fellow colleagues to fill in and help us when we needed it. That is one of the strengths of this brokerage. Everyone she sent us to was incredibly helpful and kind. The entire purchase happened long-distance and we were well taken care of the entire process. Thank you Jennifer and your whole team! Scott often went out of his way to help us as we searched for our home in Wilmington, NC, while we were living out of town. He provided incredibly helpful virtual walkthroughs, pointed out important things he felt we would like to know about properties and their surrounding neighborhoods, and was always a patient and diplomatic liaison with selling agents - all in a real estate market that was absolutely bonkers (spring/summer 2022). We love our new place and are thrilled that Scott and his sense of humor was there to guide us to the end. I would highly recommend Just for Buyers Realty if you are looking for a new home!
