Bri was a delight! They were very sweet to everyone they checked out while I was waiting in line. Their small talk was sweet and they were very excited to hear about everyone's projects. They have amazing customer service! Bri should get a pat on the back they are definitely an amazing addition to the joann team! They make my trips to the store much brighter :)

Place is very unorganized. Things scattered everywhere, fabric just piled on top of one another and not placed nicely in its location. Was very overwhelming. The store looked as if it was closing or just not receiving merchandise. Gave it a 2star only because it had better options in fabric.

Manager Bill is extremely nice. Gail is absolutely miserable. Don’t ask her a question bc you will be shamed for asking. I also overheard multiple people saying they will just come back another day to make her life easier bc she is just downright rude and nasty to people.

Went in to grab some Acrylic paint the process was easy in and out. Customer service was great especially Jared at the register very helpful and a nice guy!

been shopping here for years great customer service love their holiday sales you can't find patterns for $1.99 any where stock up on,they usually have a decent sale going on their other items are pretty fair

I love Joann’s and I come to this location in Wilmington on S College Rd. often. For the most part the store always has a great selection and employees are extremely sweet and helpful, but this bad review is for McKenna, who works at the register any time I am there. She is probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across. My first encounter with her I figured maybe she was just having an off day, but now I question if it’s just me she has an issue with. On top of her being rude inside the store during checkout, she has made me wait for over 20 minutes when I’ve come for curbside pickup orders. When I call to let her know I’m there she says, with absolutely no urgency, “uhh give me a minute I’m checking out a customer,” when I can see that there are no customers leaving or entering the store when it’s late at night usually when I’m there, and I see her through the window talking to an employee standing next to her. Then I will call back to remind her I’m outside, she gives no apology for the wait, and she then again tries to tell me to wait longer. This has happened more than once and it makes me not want to come spend money at this store. Some people just do not belong in customer service positions and McKenna is one of them. I am a very patient person being a busy mom with two toddlers and it took a lot for me to write this review. My husband has been in with me and has mentioned her terrible attitude after we’ve left. I like to sew when my husband is deployed because it takes my mind off of it, but she treats me so bad every time I go there, that to be completely honest, I’ve been doing curbside to avoid her and I can’t even do that without the anxiety of being treated like garbage and waiting forever. I am willing to change this review if a manager or someone from the store reaches out and remedies this, but until then I am going to need to find a new store to shop at unfortunately.

Joann's has a huge selection of every kind of fabric available. Plus, they have helpful people who will listen to your ideas and make great suggestions.

Not worth the single star. As an artist, the staff seems to know what I can and can’t do but when you ask them if they have a certain items, they never know or do they bother to even help you look. I’m DONE with this place. Would not care if they shut down. Stop hiring people that are NOT knowledgeable in arts and crafts!

Went in to grab some art supplies, pretty quick in and out. The one thing that stood out was the cashier! I noticed the lady in front of me was giving her a hard time. As someone who had worked in sales, I know how difficult it can be having patience with difficult customers. This cashier handled it very well and I was certainly impressed by the amount of patience she had!

The retail "prices" have gotten comical. Went in today because they were doing 70% Christmas. Even after 70% off, the prices are higher than other places.

Store was messy and way overpriced! I can see why Hobby Lobby is more popular with crafters. Associates were friendly though. I don't plan on returning.
