UltraColor Collision and Paint was recommended to me by my mechanic for some body work on my car. Their staff is professional, personable, and honest. They consistently kept me up to date throughout the repair process and patiently worked with my insurance company. My car looks better than ever! I had some warranty paint work that needed to be done from Kia and these guys were fantastic. Rob and Pat are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever work with, and they were very informative and kind to me throughout the entire ordeal. I’ve been a claims adjuster for 22 years and have written many estimates and dealt with many body shop personnel. These guys are top-notch, and I would recommend them100%

My wife got into an accident recently and we took her car to Ultracolor. The damage to the rear of her GMC was substantial. Tailgate, bumper, hitch, cargo floor heavily damaged. In a short amount of time the team at Ultracolor had her Gmc Acadia looking better than new! The pearl white finish is flawless, the body seams align perfectly and we could not be happier! Thanks to Jeff, Pat, Rob and the whole team!

I had never needed a body shop before. I called a Wilmington body shop b7t was told they don't work on my car type. Thankfully, they gave me a list of three recommendations. I called the first on the list, which was Jeff Shepherd's Ultracolor in Castle Hayne. I spoke to Pat, who said to come over now. He gave me an estimate, scheduled me within a very short time, and completed the job ahead of schedule. The cost was very reasonable. Pat was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jeff Shepherd's Ultracolor.

This body shop is nothing less than FABULOUS!!! My daughter was in an accident which totally destroyed the back end of her car (which is an older model Buick) and this body shop put it back together and you would NEVER know it had ever been in an accident. They matched the paint color and seams of the car PERFECTLY!! Their work, their customer service and how quickly they were able to get the car fixed was just wonderful!Services: Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing experience! I took my BMW 650i in that I had purchased with a damaged quarter panel. I did not know how bad it really was until I took it to these hardworking professionals! It turns out that there was some rust going on but they were so communicative and kept me posted on everything! I was worried because my car is my baby but Pat’s constant communication put me at ease. I know Jeff Shepherd has been in business for many, many years and he’s an NC local. I had to have an honest, reputable body shop to do the work on my baby! This is it! I got her back within a very reasonable time frame considering the nightmare it had turned into. Now, I can’t stop looking back when I walk away from parking her. The car looks better than the day I bought her. My husband was even surprised at the quality of the work because he had originally wanted me to take it to one of two other shops where he knew folks. But I do what I want and I wanted Ultra Color to do this job right! They also washed and detailed inside for me which was an extra special touch because she needed a good vacuum when I brought her in. Now it’s just me and the open road! Thanks guys, ya’ll did fantastic work!Services: Welding
