These are the best mechanics in town! They honor their work and are great with customer service! Not only do they rule at fixing my old Acura they have been servicing my Mini’s and I can say these guys are the best. They will also be honest with you in any situation. This place is incredible! They have an awesome kids corner, my son is always entertained with out screens, they have free snacks + drinks, and they never seem like they’re taking advantage of a woman bringing a car in. Highly recommend!!

One of the rare few auto shops you can actually trust. Prices are fair and the expert opinions seem fair too.
Last time I had my oil changed, I asked them to do a whole inspection because I was about to go on a road trip. They let me know my battery was testing just above the red line, and said they didn't recommend replacing it yet but I should be aware. I independently verified they were exactly right. They also found a brake issue which explained why I sometimes had a burning smell in my garage.
I know how much money that saved me, because a few years ago the other rear brake caliper had the same issue, and it was a few thousand to fix after it seized up and wrecked most of the brake assembly on that wheel.
They're straight shooters with fair prices. Highly recommend.

Receptionist was very rude raised her voice at me a long time customer after I questioned an agreed upon price quoted to me from the owner and asked to speak with him. After paying $350 same problem still persists when I asked for my original parts that were quote covered and coated in oil, they initially said they could not provide them they were thrown in the dumpster did eventually provide me with parts that I do not believe to be the original and were also not covered in oil as they stated nor appeared to be dug out of the dumpster. The service and customer service has declined over time I was told in conversation during the initial quote for spark plugs to tell others not to vote for Biden and he might be able to offer reasonable prices again due to overhead and tax increases.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They are very honest, and know Hondas and acuras inside and out. Not only that, but always finish work on time or earlier than quoted. They have the knowledge to SAVE you money compared to your standard, quicky lube kind of place. They are good, Christian folks with Bible verses written on the big board behind the reception desk. They tell you the truth, help you prepare for upcoming repairs, and have never ever tried to get me to perform repairs that weren’t truly needed. I make the trip an hour away from where I live to take my Honda in for anything more than an oil change, and I wish I were closer to take the oil changes to them too. We are truly blessed by God to have a shop like them to help us with our necessary evil of vehicles. I would implore anybody looking for an honest, reputable dealer to care for their vehicle to take it to this shop. God bless the folks at JS&J! I wish there were more busineses like yourselves in the world. God Bless you and your team.
