I had an amazing experience at Island Passage. I felt like pretty woman when she went to the store where they treated her like a celebrity. Alison was the best she picked everything out and brought it to me to try on. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my curvy shape. She understood my body type and I got things that are going to be staples in my wardrobe! I’m thrilled!

Best locally owned boutique in the Wilmington/Wrightsville beach area! They have a great selection of merchandise and their customer service is unmatched. Not to mention the staff is super friendly and willing to help you out with anything you might need. 10/10 shopping experience.

Cute stuff put definitely put off by the sales techniques. I was checking out with a coupon and they asked if I was sure I wanted to use it today and not save it for a different day. Yes, I would like to use my coupon without being manipulated.

Super cute clothes, but terrible customer service. Came in and got asked if I had a mask, which I didn’t. I would’ve been happy to put one on had they been provided but the clerk was extremely rude and snappy. loved shopping there but won’t be going back because of the attitude we got.

This is a great place to shop for west coast brands ! The staff is so helpful especially Gina and Amy. I always visit when I'm in Wilmington and they are very helpful with shipping if I see something I want on Facebook or Instagram !

Lumina Station has a bunch of really great ladies boutiques, ranging from affordable gifty to omg this casual dress is $650. Island Passage falls on the former end of the scale with a younger, trendier slant that is still appealing to a wide swath of ladies. I compare it to a higher quality Francesca's or a more affordable Anthropologie - clothing from brands like Free People, Blank NYC, Lovestitch, and more plus plenty of cute accessories of all kinds (jewelry, sunglasses, bags, etc). There are a handful of dressing rooms (two in the main area, two near the sale "room"). Staff was helpful in finding other sizes and overall friendly! If you like being followed around like a criminal then by all means go. My daughter was visiting from out of town and we stopped by the shop for the first time. The clerk gave us a friendly greeting, never asked if she could help us, and then proceeded to follow our every step. She seemed unnerved when we weren't in the same spot so she could keep a eye on us. Very insulting. Cute shop but did not purchase. Went into another shop in the Lumina Station (Airlie Moon) and the ladies were super friendly.
