I noticed as the cashier was bagging my $124 dress, that it looked to be cut (potentially by a box cutter) across the front. I asked to look at it, and after she did acknowledge that it was cut, she refused to refund my money. I would have exchanged it but it was the last one. So, after refusing to make it right, I own a dress cut across the front. Terrible customer service!! I do understand if you have a no refund policy. However my credit card had processed 10 seconds before I noticed the cut. I did not even have my dress in my possession yet. It had not even been put in the bag. I spent $211.20 on two items, one of which will need to be taken to a seamstress to attempt to mend, else, dispose of. The cashier should NOT be in customer service!! I would certainly recommend anyone to support some of the many other boutiques downtown that we patronized today and stay AWAY from Indigo Sol. I was telling the owner of a cute little boutique this story (our very next stop) and the owner literally apologized that Indigo Sol had done this, and she offered us a discount.. I will certainly be revisiting "Keeping it Glam". "Lure" is another boutique that was simply amazing to shop at today. Great customer service and adorable dresses.

If you buy any jewelry just know that there are no returns… probably because it breaks after not even 2 days of use. Even if you have a receipt because “they didn’t sell it to you that way” but I didn’t buy it that way either

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! If you want to shop here know that management expects their employees to work even when running a fever/is feeling sick so in turn putting your health at risk. Management is too self centered to do their job and cover where needed when employees aren't well. Highly suggest shopping elsewhere that has better morals and empathy!!

Very fashionable and comfortable clothing. Everything is super soft and beautiful. Its a bit pricey though. I was welcomed by the most friendly young girl. She gave her persectives upon merchandises and how she had them in multiple colors. She was the definition of customer service in my visit. Well earned five star.

Me and my wife recently wanted to shop here to check out the town. Now I'm not an person that buys women's clothing but my wife definitely enjoyed her time checking everything that this place had to offer. It had sweaters being sold at great bargains. Don't get confused either when the store breaks into two because it's still the same store.

If you’re going to sell products out of a store, it’s important to remove tags and provide receipts. My girlfriend was excited to take the dress home she purchased on 8/22, and the security tag wasn’t removed. She went back on 8/23 and they refused to remove the security tag because she wasn’t offered a receipt at her time of purchase.If you do business with Indigo Sol, be mindful that their customer service falls flat after the purchase is completed. Management fails to fix problems as it seems they’re too lazy once the customer completes their purchase.Beware of shady business tactics.(The girl who originally sold the dress was a sweetheart; however, management was not)

Honestly cannot stress how important getting a receipt is from this little shop.Firstly I got home to try on my new outfit and the sales associate had left the security tag on. I paid in cash. Was not offered a receipt and didn’t think twice about it. Went back the next day to exchange or return or get a store credit as I wasn’t a fan of the fit, just to be hit with the fact that they ‘aren’t able to offer me anything because I didn’t have a receipt’. I expressed that I wasn’t given one to only be told there wasn’t anything she could do. It’s really disappointing considering I would’ve gladly accepted a receipt had I been given one or offered one.The lack of accountability for their mistake was pathetic and I won’t be returning.Always get your receipt even if you have to ask.

This store is extremely trendy and has great clothes but the problem is they only have super small clothes. My daughter is a size 1 and still barely fit in the clothes. Prices are very reasonable and they have other cool things like bracelets, fidgets, rings, and other accessories. They have 2 fitting rooms and are located in Hallway Stores. Customer service is great!

This is one of my favorite shops in Wilmington!! Both downtown and the mall! One of the employees was super sweet and welcoming. Love the style! 100% reccomend if you live in Wilmington.

This is more of a "pop up" boutique and the skinny space is packed up and down with super cute clothes organized by color. After waiting for the only fitting room to become available we tried on a few different styles and nothing seemed to fit right. The employees were very sweet.

Great quality and reasonable prices. Very nice boutique. Bought two beautiful dresses from them and received many compliments on one I wore to work. Customer service was extremely helpful. Would recommend.
