Our rep is & has been absolutely amazing. She knows her tax laws & is very efficient at her job. Can't say enough about her.
What continues to worry me is the fees. We paid 50% of our refund in fees for her tax calculations. I feel that is very excessive.

Was a walk in customer. Had an easy return. Very dull uncaring attitude. Decided to pay for services out of pocket. Was told that applying for the emerald card was the quickest way to get my refund. Was told it should only take a day or two for money to start showing up. Almost 10 days later. ZERO money. ZERO help from the number on the Emerald card. And ZERO HELP from H&R Block’s Facebook page. Have done great business with them off and on since 1990- this year. Take my advice. DO NOT GO HERE! VERY POOR SERVICE. And after 5 days of trying, the H&R girl on FB CONFIRMED the company’s disinterest in helping. It’ll be TURBO TAX for me from NOW ON. GOODBYE H&R 30+ YEARS DOWN THE DRAIN

Very poor communication and service ! We have used H&R Block for the last 4 years and had no problems. Our CPA retired this past year. We were referred to David Fann a senior tax analyst. My wife dropped off our paperwork 5 days before the cut off date. The last day to file comes and we get a call saying he will not have time to do our taxes or to even file an extension for us. I went in to pick up the paperwork and asked why this happened . I now have less than 12 hours to find a CPA to file for us or at least file for an extension. David tells me he did not have enough information. I asked well couldn’t you have called and asked for the information? Silence ……. So I leave very frustrated and my wife contacted our old agent to tell her our troubles . She informs us that the information David is saying is missing is in their system from the previous years using H&R Block and she does not know why he is saying this. So I call David back to inform him that he actually does have that information. Of course I get the receptionist. She tells me he is busy with another client . I explain who I am and my situation and she puts me on hold. Two other people other than David pick up the line just to place me back on hold. Then the first person I speak to comes back on the line to take my information and to tell me David would call me back when he has a moment…… really ? I will personally not use H&R Block again after this. Giving us less than 12 hours to try to resolve this . Poor client service and communication.

I called to make an appointment the lady politely told me there was an 8pm slot available then placed on hold... that's when David tells me there is not no availability. So I asked him why was u placed on hold thinking there was after I was just told momentarily. He started stuttering and put me on hold. Some lady got on phone and before I got 3 words out my mouth phone was disconnected. So this location will never receive any recommendations from anyone I deal with
