“Strickland’s designed the walk-in closet for my primary bedroom & linen closet. I worked with Michael on the design & Amy on the installation schedule. They were both fabulous to work with—very professional, talented & responsive. I am thrilled with the end result! Could not have asked for a more beautiful design. There’s no lighting in my closet area yet, so the pics below don’t do it justice. If you’re considering an organization project, be it closets, garage, mudroom, or window treatments, you need to speak with Strickland’s. Their decades of experience, coupled with outstanding customer service, makes them a top-notch choice. I also worked with them for my window treatments. Carol is a window design expert! Strickland’s has the A-team.”

After 2 months of going back and forth with the IME dept numerous times, and having to drive 3 hours back and forth to Myrtle Beach to look at the counter top because they wouldn’t send a picture for us to approve the countertop color, BTW Sandy at Thompson Marble was great! We finally went to Lowe’s this morning and got everything straightened out with the help of Thomas and Crystal in the countertop dept . They were great! 6/24/24 Went into Lowe’s to order our new countertop,

“We have just returned from a trip to the Wilmington Eastwood Home Depot. While we were quite disappointed that we had to load and haul 10 bags of gravel from the garden center all the way to the front registers…( it was after 8 and the garden center was closed). But this is not a complaint…we drug our cart across the parking lot having obtained the gravel desperately needed for tomorrow’s project, and started to load our truck….suddenly an apparently off duty employee who had been checking out at the same time we were appeared behind us with four bags of gravel in her cart. “Did you want these?, she asked. We laughed. She had seen the bags fall off our cart (we hadn’t noticed) she picked them up and followed us to our Truck!
Please give Wanda the biggest raise possible, she is the epitome of customer service!”
“Home depot has done me right, my wife and I spend a lot of money here on DIY projects and these folks are quick to help. They didn't have the item I wanted so they sold me something better for the price of the item not in stock. That is customer service, Thanks Perry you are awesome!”
