Laurel in the bakery is a real gem to this department. She never lets me down and does Fabolous work. Any kind of cake I can dream up she has not failed to deliver. Harris Teeter is lucky to have her as an employee and I drive 45 minutes to Wilmington just to get her to do my cakes. She has done Graduation cakes, Birthday cakes for kids and adults, Petit fours decorated, frosted monogrammed sugar cookies, cupcake cakes ..... I am always impressed.

Long haired worker with glasses in the produce department has a terrible attitude. Asked him a friendly question about the produce and he got angry, and treated me like an idiot. Talked to the manager and he asked “well do you need help with something”. The manager never apologized or said he would talk to the worker. I’ve been buying groceries weekly from this location for 3+ years and cannot wait to find a new grocery store once I move.

We only went here for their Monday night Pizza deal and it was SO worth it! When I tell you it was some of the best pizza we have ever had, I'm not exaggerating it! We saw the pizza come out of the oven and go right into our take home box, then straight into our hands. The crust was amazing and so were all the rest of the ingredients. I only wish we had a Harris Teeter close to us so that we could have the pizza again.

Sweaty guy with no shirt walking throughout the store while grabbing his junk was disgusting. Employees wouldn't say anything to him. The whole store needs to be sanitized now. Won't be back again. Gross! Employees need to grow a spine....

Doesn't support community services. Will not allow the Girl Scouts near the stores. Manager was rude to the group there.

The Harris Teeter's in Wilmington have been my primary grocery stores since I moved here 14 years ago. I'm very pleased with their customer service overall. However, I do need to give a special shout out to Scott who works in the deli at the Oleander store. In all of these years, after purchasing countless subs, no one has EVER gone the extra mile as he does. I was unaware that you could even get the fixings on the side until he offered, so my sub isn't soggy the next day. THANK YOU and see you soon!

Seemed pretty gloomy in the store, the low wattage bulbs affected the majority of the teeter employees as well as the majority of the customers moods. About as much Christmas spirit as a tire fire. Yikes. Just saying Merry Christmas.
