I left a voicemail on a Monday for a very important antibiotic prescription. I gave them time up until Wednesday and never got a call. When I called they had no recollection. Had my dentist call again and speak to someone finally on Wednesday. I go in person Wednesday (since no one answered the phone) to ask in person and get a bunch of shrugged shoulders and looked at like I’m some idiot. Switched to Walgreens and got it within 45 minutes which tells me they didn’t do their job. Please do your job, I had a serious condition that needed medication asap.

The pharmacy staff is always prompt, they don’t talk much, which I can appreciate when I’m in a rush! The store is always clean and well organized also

Absolutely the best pharmacy in town- consistently. Tyler and Olga have been providing exceptional service for years. They answer the phones, fill prescriptions regularly and efficiently and even use coupon codes and proactively help with refills, transfers and brand name doctor insurance approvals. They do these the First Time. My experience at other larger pharmacies in town has been sloppy, inconsistent, and rarely are requests completed the first time at the other places. Harris Teeter Mayfaire is the BEST!!!!!

That's it we will never go back to this store after shopping here for about 18 years. We and many others have complained to the manager many times about the loud music, yes that's right I said loud music in a grocery store. We can't go though the misery anymore, it makes you leave there in a bad mood.

One will never have to worry about walking into a unclean, dull-looking Harris Teeter. That said, the employee experience wasn't as great as it could have been. My friend and I were in around 9am on a Sunday to get subs made before heading to Fort Fisher. The sub station was ready to go, but whoever typically is there to handle it was not. The first employee came across like we'd just asked her to get us to the moon while the second woman who came over flat out said, "I'm usually in cakes." She wasn't exactly a ray of sunshine. The subs were fine, I just expected a happier Teeter.

I went Saturday to pickup my order and I bought a lot of good meat but beef tenderloin when I cooked that night was grizzle . It was awful and today I had a New York strip was grizzle too. It was worst meat that I had in along time. I love Harris Teeters but this one was really bad.

The manager Robbie helped me out a lot with a discrepancy in the meat market. Truly a stand up guy who cares about his customers. Great job Robbie!!! You turned my night around.
