I brought my dog Kingsley there .because he was limping. They needed to sedate him because he's got an anxiety problem to take x- rays .ok that's fine . I go outside to wait .20 minutes later I get a call telling me Kingsley is fighting the sedation. So no x-rays were taken .and they sent us home with some pain meds .they gave him vetproferin and gabapentin. So for 3 days my dog doesn't eat and was puking all over the house . So I took him all the way back to ny for treatment ..the vet he goes to there said they should of did blood work before giving those meds ..the problem I have is they sent us home after giving him sedation stuff .and 10 minutes after he was in the car he was out like a light for hours ..why couldn't you wait a few more minutes for it to work ? You charged me for everything except the x-ray

It's not easy to put your pet down at any time but the staff here helped me to send my 16 yr old furbaby across the rainbow bridge. Very kind and considerate people.

They were able to get my pitbull Lola in last minute even though she had never been a patient there. They were able to quickly ease my mind with my concerns with our dog. They answered all my questions and were not pushy on any unnecessary tests. This will now be our vet. I'm so happy we found your office.

Been taking my pets here for around 8 years. I trust them and know they are providing the best care. They offer payment plans and are very open about cost up front.

I like this place. Only one draw back. The receptionist seems to be annoyed by questions. She does not seem to understand the question being asked, or she just does not care

Great experience not only for my kitty cat but also myself. Dr O'Kane was great. She is so knowledgeable and kind. They have a great staff. Very helpful and nice.

I was welcomed and treated like royalty upon arriving for an emergency walk in visit with an out of town pet. Rebel is a 9 month old German Shepherd. He presented with a limp and inability to place weight on his back left leg. The receptionist was cheery and helpful as I had no records on hand. She remedied that situation and allowed me to calmly get introduced to the animal hospital. Rebel was promptly seen by Dr. Arynn O’Kane. She was on track immediately, shared her knowledge, proceeded with X-ray and shared her findings with terminology that was easy to understand. In little time we were given a diagnosis. Amanda then joined us with Rebel in hand and proceeded to explain the home care information to best assist his recovery. I can’t say enough good about this practice. Quality care with a smile!
